This Insurance Company is the WORST ! I had a claim with them and my bumper needed to get fixed because it was one of their clients fault who hit my car. Iv called them constantly to get an update on my car because they did not want to approve for a new bumper which I did nothing to ! They have taken up to two whole weeks for my car to get fixed when the body shop told me it should be done bye 4 or 5 days... Iv called so much to the point Iv annoyed them but they don t help me out to get my car sooner. Till this day I do not have my car back and I need it for my work . This is just ridiculous...
