WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and insurance company I ve ever come across. My car was totaled 3 months ago and had the misforutne of having Daniel Mcdougal and my total loss adjuster. He blatantly lied to me saying he sent a settlement amount to my leinholder which is 100% false. Also they never pick up there phones and never respond to voicemails. If you having this issue I would highly suggest filing a complaint with the department of insurance which I have already done and hiring a lawyer. These people are thieves and I know for a fact this business is going to be shut down very soon because of the amount of people they have screwed over.
