I need help with a claim and they do not answer th...

I need help with a claim and they do not answer the calls. The adjuster never called me. Expected more than 1 hour 30 minutes on the phone and do not answer. Very bad service, it does not work. Bad service No good insurance. I'm angry with this insurance do not help me.
