Steve he s the man for the job. He s very good on inspecting a house from top to bottom, he check everything and every single spot. He answered all my questions and gave some suggestions as well. Very good service for a great value price! Definitely will recommend Allcheck inspections to all my friends.

Wow!! Great inspection company. I was looking for a inspector with construction experience and found Jerry Smith from other reviews in Allcheck. I am really impressed with the way Jerry did my final inspection for my home. Jerry have lot of home construction knowledge with great inspection skill. He discovered many items and did very detailed inspection. Allcheck inspection is very professional and gives a warranty for the home inspection that is very unique about the quality that they are delivering. When I met Steve at the property he was already in progress. He stated he had already been there for 45 minutes and he had completed the entire outside including the roof and garage. I was impressed from him completing so much that told me he knew his job and had a systematic routine already set up in mind throughout the entire job. He took the time to talk to me then even later showed me the gray areas that he would express in his report. I did not want to attend this inspection because I have experienced ones in the past that were boring and the inspector never explained much of anything. First of all, the binder they give you is FANTASTIC. We've only done one other inspection and though we were happy with that company, Steven was super friendly, and very thorough at the inspection. The maintenance tips they provide during the inspection and as i printable document will be really helpful since this is our first home. I don't remember the name of the first company we used but i will most definitely remember All Check!!!

I would highly recommend this company! My wife and I are first time home buyers and we had Jerry come out and do the inspection. He was super friendly and encouraging through it all. Had seen their work from HRRE, a turnkey provider in Indy who uses them, so I tried them for a property I have under contract. They were quick to get it scheduled and completed. They followed up with a phone call to walk through the report and took the time to explain and answer questions. They also partner with homegauge which allows for creating request lists for a inspection response, and emailing to agents all online. They are thorough and have the buyers best interest in mind. I have no hesitation to use them again in the future.

We are moving looking into purchasing our first home. I submitted an inquiry through Angie's List and received a phone call from All Check Inspections not more than 5 minutes later. Martha called and was very nice and knowledgeable on how the inspections would be performed and listed a few things to remember and prepare before the inspection. My request was to have an inspection performed within the next 48 hours and they were able to accommodate my request. There were absolutely no communication issues that have previously been outlined in other reviews. Fred performed our inspection and he was very nice and was able to point out many things that we had not consider when purchasing a home. He was very thorough during his inspection and made sure we were informed the entire time. We did not have to be at the inspection but now I am glad we were. We learned so much for the experience that Fred has. We are using our home inspection as a further negotiating tool and Fred highlighted everything into a very nice summary section at the end of our report as Major and Minor Deficiencies. Did I also mention that our inspection was performed from 10-12:30pm and we received our results by 4:00pm? AMAZING! Thank you Fred and Martha for streamlining the process and allowing us to make an educated decision on the home! You both were awesome!
Very Pleased!!! I was unable to make it to the inspection so he met with my realtor at the property. Not only did he thoroughly inspect the property all the way down to the smallest detail, but he also provided me with a very detailed analysis...even after explaining on detail to my realtor a couple hours prior. Very impressed by his professionalism and how much he genuinely cared that I received all the information first-hand. He could have very easily wiped his hands walked away after discussing with my realtor. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again!

Steve Hinshaw was a GAME CHANGER. I m not sure where to begin, but his attention to detail helped us make a life-changing decision. Being a first time home buyer, there are many unknowns. The whole process of finding a home can be incredibly difficult, and when you DO find a home that looks pretty on the outside...well, what kind of shape is it ACTUALLY in? That is where we realized having an AMAZING and thorough inspector is the difference between buying a property that is safe and buying a property that will cost you thousands in the future. Steve was professional from the second he arrived. And we were able to schedule an appointment very quickly which was great! The attention to detail was astonishing - from the beginning he spotted issues or concerns that we had not even noticed. The level of detail in his notes and photos absolutely blew us away. The house he was inspecting had a MAJOR issue that was concealed from the public eye - I have no idea how he spotted it!!! But Steven crawled through a space and found a MAJOR defect that needed to be addressed. He combed through the house notating every detail of what was perfect and what needed to be fixed. Our realtor (who has been in the business for 15 years!) was blown away by his work. I cannot recommend Steve enough...seriously...ask for Steve Hinshaw when you get your next house inspected!! He might be young, but he has the knowledge and professionalism of an inspector way past his age. It seemed like he had been doing it all of his life! I don t know how he knew so much!! He was tremendously accurate, and direct about what he found. He gently coddled us as he thoroughly went over his notes. He was so generous and accommodating during the COVID-19 pandemic, and actually saved us from making a huge mistake on the biggest purchase of our lives!!! He saved us from so much pain and so much frustration by going above and beyond and we are entirely indebted to him. If anyone ever needs an inspection, I will be recommending Steve and we will be using him for any inspection for the rest of our lives. I had a home inspection done on a Saturday by AllCheck. The inspector, Fred Carlson, was awesome. He said he would have the report emailed to my Realtor and I in a few hours. Martha, the secretary, emailed us a page that said "please wait". We contacted Martha letting her know that the report didn't come through correctly. We told her we needed the report by that Monday to submit to the seller. She scanned it and sent it Wednesday, 3 days late and 5 days later. We talked to the manager, John. He was condescending, rude, and told us we should be paying him hourly to even deal with our issue. I paid for that. Horrible experience.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with Steve Hinshaw as my inspector. He arrived early to get started on the roof of the home so that he could get a head start on the places where I would not be able to follow him. He took probably close to 300 pictures of EVERYTHING and did an incredibly thorough inspection. He was also incredibly friendly and informative, and was happy to explain every detail about everything he was inspecting, which made the whole experience very educational and helped me learn more about my home. As a first time homebuyer, his explanations, friendliness, and openness to questions was so helpful and relieving. Not to mention, I called at least 10 different inspection companies in Indianapolis and AllCheck was easily the least expensive.
