We are moving looking into purchasing our first home. I submitted an inquiry through Angie's List and received a phone call from All Check Inspections not more than 5 minutes later. Martha called and was very nice and knowledgeable on how the inspections would be performed and listed a few things to remember and prepare before the inspection. My request was to have an inspection performed within the next 48 hours and they were able to accommodate my request. There were absolutely no communication issues that have previously been outlined in other reviews.

Fred performed our inspection and he was very nice and was able to point out many things that we had not consider when purchasing a home. He was very thorough during his inspection and made sure we were informed the entire time. We did not have to be at the inspection but now I am glad we were. We learned so much for the experience that Fred has. We are using our home inspection as a further negotiating tool and Fred highlighted everything into a very nice summary section at the end of our report as Major and Minor Deficiencies. Did I also mention that our inspection was performed from 10-12:30pm and we received our results by 4:00pm? AMAZING! Thank you Fred and Martha for streamlining the process and allowing us to make an educated decision on the home! You both were awesome!
