I am a real estate agent in Indianapolis. I had a client s offer accepted on Tuesday this week. I called All Check for an inspection and they were out the next day. Steven Hinshaw did the inspection. His inspection was as thorough as I ve ever experienced. From top to bottom, inside and out. He also communicated everything so that it was easy to understand. Steve was polite and professional. Answered all my questions. He ll be the only inspector I use going forward. I wish I would ve had an inspector of his caliber when I purchased my first home!! Keep up the good work!
