I was recommended to reach out to Allcheck Inspections and ask for Steve Hinshaw to do my home inspection. Glad I made the decision because he was very polite and professional. Explained everything he was doing and seemed very thorough with the job. They give you a binder with all sorts of information on homeownership and the inspection report is very detailed with photos of any problems. Pricing seemed reasonable and you get a 90 day warranty.
