Bluetooth on Mazda BT-50 is useless and Mazda refuse to fix it, dont buy a mazda they will not stand behind there product.

Bought an imported CX5 diesel from a car yard in Papatoetoe. After buying it, I found out there was a global recall on the vehicles due to excess carbon deposits causing engine failure and a whole range of issues. MAZDA New Zealand refuse to honour any repair bills because it was originally from Japan. You would think an honourable vehicle manufacturer would honour their design fault regardless of where the vehicle ends up. They don't want to know and blame the importer. It is a design fault, Mazda's fault, but they won;t repair the damage. Personally. I'll never buy another Mazda ever, and will encourage every person I come across to avoid Mazda like the plague. They have no concern for their customers, wherever they are.

A little ingenuity to find the right person needed, overall staffs are helpful and quite open to queries. Good place to ask about Mazda matters.
