Steve was friendly, helpful and very thorough. He arrived early and answered all my questions as we walked around the house. I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism! He said he'd have a digital copy of the inspection for me that day, and he actually did! Martha was so kind and helpful scheduling the inspection. I can't say enough good things about these two and my overall experience. They were the cheapest of 10 inspectors I called and got me scheduled much quicker than anyone else could. Price, timeliness, friendliness and expertise--I got it all with this company!
