Met with Jerry Smith and found that he is very knowledgeable about houses. Let me ask all the questions I needed to and answered all of them to the best of his ability. He took the time to show me problem areas and discuss how to repair or who to call. The home inspection process is normally not a fun time but Jerry kept you interested in the process the entire time. All check was easy to get ahold of and made the scheduling a breeze. I would recommend all of them to anyone who needs an inspection. Very personable and at the same time honest about what they see. Thank you for the great job once again.
