I had a home inspection done on a Saturday by AllCheck. The inspector, Fred Carlson, was awesome. He said he would have the report emailed to my Realtor and I in a few hours. Martha, the secretary, emailed us a page that said "please wait". We contacted Martha letting her know that the report didn't come through correctly. We told her we needed the report by that Monday to submit to the seller. She scanned it and sent it Wednesday, 3 days late and 5 days later. We talked to the manager, John. He was condescending, rude, and told us we should be paying him hourly to even deal with our issue. I paid for that. Horrible experience.
