Had seen their work from HRRE, a turnkey provider in Indy who uses them, so I tried them for a property I have under contract. They were quick to get it scheduled and completed. They followed up with a phone call to walk through the report and took the time to explain and answer questions. They also partner with homegauge which allows for creating request lists for a inspection response, and emailing to agents all online. They are thorough and have the buyers best interest in mind. I have no hesitation to use them again in the future.
