First of all, the binder they give you is FANTASTIC. We've only done one other inspection and though we were happy with that company, Steven was super friendly, and very thorough at the inspection. The maintenance tips they provide during the inspection and as i printable document will be really helpful since this is our first home. I don't remember the name of the first company we used but i will most definitely remember All Check!!!
