No one who works here seems to actually work here. If you need help while renting from them do not expect any. Constant miscommunication, and incompetence as property "managers." The rent is cheap for a reason.
Don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from. My experience has been very positive. I had a great duplex at an amazingly cheap price. All maintenance issues were quickly resplved. When I moved out, I received all the money due me. Definitely recommended!

In general, a good and professional company. Some of the maintenances will depend on the specific landlord's willingness to pay for maintenance that is "non-functional".
