Worst property management in Story county. Will never work with tenants if an issue arises. They overcharge on absolutely anything they can after checkout. We had missed wiping crumbs out of a cupboard when cleaning and they charged us $180 to get it to "their standards". Renting with them shouldn't even be an option. (Giving 1 star because you can't post with 0 stars)
