When my son moved into his place a year ago, I walked in and couldn t believe what it looked like. It hasn t been cleaned holes in the doors, blood on the wall where someone had killed a bug and blood from the bug was smeared all the way down the wall, a plug-in had been burned, the blinds in the living room were all broken. They refused to give him back his money. Supposedly they had someone come back and clean. Still was filthy. He lived there for a year. I cleaned it when he moved out cleaned it better than what it looked like when he moved in, and they still kept some of his deposit. You want to rent from a slum lord, this company is below a slum lord. I wouldn t even let my dog live in these conditions. I have pictures of what his apartment looked like when he moved in so if anyone wants to see what it looked like before you rent from them, let me know and I will share them with you.
