Horrible customer service. The sales rep Amber said the car would be ready to be seen and we made an appointment for 3:30. I get here and she is gone for the day. No phone call. Great first experience with World Toyota.

They will scam you. I guarantee it. They're no different than any other car dealer. We were negotiating over a thousand dollar difference and they snuck it in as a separate line item after they had agreed to drop the price. I negotiated a Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE for $20,000 plus tax, about $1000 from what they were asking. They agreed and came back with a new offer sheet that showed $20,000 for the price of the car plus a new line item called options for $1,000, effectively nullifying everything I had negotiated. There is no doubt that their intention was for me to miss this change in the fee structure. That is deception at best and fraud at worst.

Usually the service is the stand out point of World Toyota. However, today was an absolute nightmare. I waited 2 hours for an oil change after making an appointment. Then I was told it would be $40 to patch a tire with a nail. After leaving I had to return because the mechanic forgot to put my oil cap back on my vehicle. This caused me to lose my 4 year perfect attendance at work because I was late. Then, as always (usually the only negative) I checked on a refund check that was supposed to be issued to me June 2016 only to be told it's still not ready. After speaking to several people in the sales area I was told to check back on Monday.

Dishonest. Was told the color car I wanted wasn't available in GA, only in FL. Checked with other dealers and turned out not only was it available, but also >10% cheaper than the one these guys had in stock. Disappointing and an insult to a buyer's intelligence trying something like that. Hope service department is better since they are a lot closer to home versus where I bought car.

I have been going to this dealership for the last 9 years. I would say when I first started going, it was excellent. They would complementary wash your car. In the last few years, it has still been ok, but I noticed them pushing a lot more services which are not recommended. With Covid-19, even though they are still super busy, they have furloughed a lot of workers even though the decrease in business is not justifiable, so shame on Toyota for that.

After I called in and scheduled an appointment to replace my Toyota's rear brake at 10am on a Sunday, I noticed on their website that World Toyota only performs maintenance services on Sunday. I called their service line again the day before and confirmed I can be serviced on Sunday.

Last Sunday, I arrived at the service department around 9:50am, and waited 30 minutes before a service advisor approached me and informed me that they only do oil changes on Sundays. I was asked to come back on a weekday. I told him that I called twice to confirm that the brake can be replaced with my appointment. And I drove 30 minutes to get here and waited another 30 minutes, and it's too time consuming to do that again. He told me that World Toyota's service phone line is answered from Texas, and folks there only make appointments and don't know the service capacity. He insisted that I need to come back the other day.

I was not happy and asked to speak to his manager. Fortunately, the manager was able to find a technician who can do brake service. After another 3 hours waiting, the rear shoe was replaced, and I left the facility at around 1:30pm.

No one greeted me when entering lot I was first customer there. Salesman Rod was young but very professional and did a good job. I pay cash for a car they didn't even fill the car up after purchase do no if that's standard. The financial guy who close out the contract kept my waiting for and xtra 2 hours and then was very rude once he was available. Unfortunately I don't know his name because he never introduced himself. Around 6' tall black male look like he works.

I always have a great experience when I visit World Toyota. I've been bringing my Prius here for almost five years now. Everyone is professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The only drawback is they are always busy so there's usually a 1.5 hour wait time depending on what service you get. I usually bring my laptop and stick around while my car is being serviced. Plus, they just renovated the service department which is way nicer than it used to be. Highly recommended.

First of all this is the best fastest service I have EVER GOTTEN with any vehicle I have ever had. Online booking, rolled up, hopped out, the service tech and the Account representative where right there waiting on me like I was the Queen of Sheba!! I sat down in the super clean comfy waiting room, was able to wait patiently while I closed out my work day, and was out the door in less than a hour or right at 1 hr. My 2020 RAV4 ... lol no it s a 2019 inside joke was in and out. I walked out , K. Marks walked around with me evaluated and I pulled out like a champ and got home safe and sound. World Toyota ... the Toyota brand ... I have been nothing but impressed. Thank you and your team of champions!!!

They bite off more than they can chew and their customer service sucks as a result. They're too busy trying to keep up with the vehicles being serviced and, as a result, the work culture created is chaotic, inattentive, and leaves me frustrated as a customer. If it weren't so close to my house, I'd go somewhere else. I would recommend against going there if you can find somewhere else.

Mostly positive response buying a minivan, repair and the latest service was excellent. Marcus did the excellent job servicing my Sienna.

5 star to service technician Marcus.

Salesman Alfred Asiedu was very helpful. He showed me all the available vehicles based on my requirements and budget. He made sure I get the best vehicle in my budget and availability date requirements. I generally don't write detailed reviews, I just give stars. But after very bad experience at other so called reputed dealership I had to write this review. I recommend world Toyota and salesman Asiedu to everyone.

I first met World Toyota service advisor Haley Campione when she helped me resolve a frustrating wheel bearings issue on my RAV4. It was a protracted and somewhat annoying experience for me until Haley was assigned as my service advisor. What a breath of fresh air! Immediately, her expertise and her warm personality set me at ease. I knew I was in good hands. During that experience and since then in a subsequent service visit, Haley has demonstrated herself to be unfailingly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and above all, extremely sharp.

Haley manages to make what is normally a necessary evil getting my car repaired or serviced a pleasant experience. She answers my questions knowledgeably and patiently, helps me determine what service I should do immediately and what can wait until next time, and gets me in and out of your service department in a timely fashion. I ve also never seen anyone multi-task the way Haley can, juggling multiple customer needs while interacting with mechanics who pop in her office unannounced. Honestly, it s amazing to watch her in action.

With no disrespect to all the other service advisors I ve worked with at World Toyota since early 2012, I can confidently say Haley Campione is far and away the best I ve encountered. With Haley on the team, I ll be a World Toyota service customer for a long time.

I was in from out of town on business when my car had trouble. I had it towed to World Toyota in Chamblee. From the moment I communicated with them they were most helpful. My person of contact was Marcus whose calm demeanor made my experience stress free. I so appreciate how efficient everything was and how well I was taken care of. I got my car back in time to return home and it ran great.

They did not hassle me on buying anything from them especially things I dont need. When I purchased the truck Verna personally assisted me setting everything up like my phone on the entune app.

I would highly recommend this place. The staff is professional and friendly. The work (maintenance and repair) is done fast with high quality. Service advisers keep in touch with clients. The waiting hall is comfortable and has WiFi. They have a shuttle and rental cars. It is a very good place.
For many years my Service Adviser is Eric Matson. He is very professional and reliable. I recommend him.

This dealership gave us the worst treatment, ever. Day one we called for a car and told us that the car was there, we went the very next day when in fact that car was sold the previous day. then three days after that the dealership contacted US to ask as about another car that they had in STOCK, we went that same very day to find out that the car had been sold the day before. So the Sales man had been talking to us about a sold car. Montez tried to fix his error but it did not look like he and or the manager Richard really cared about us the customers at all. At the end of the day all they wanted was their money. Keep in mind that when they contacted us the second time we were going to buy another car from a private party, they got us to back off by telling us that their car had lifetime warranty on the power train. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! if you can avoid having business with them please do, because you are over paying for a car that is not worth it, and don't believe a single thing, because it's a LIE.

He was patient, thorough, not pushy, and is a good representative for Toyota. I bought the car. Afterwards he offered his availability for further questions.

Anytime I've needed to bring my car in for service, Jesse always explains what's going on, keeps me posted on the status on the work being performed, and make sure my car comes back in perfect condition. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We recently purchased a 201...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We recently purchased a 2018 4Runner and the experience has been horrible. Part of the deal when we purchased the vehicle was for the front bumper to be painted...this is where the experience became a nightmare. We were given a loaner to drive around while the work is being done like normal. Fast forward to the following morning, my wife is driving the loaner to work and gets pulled over for not having an authorized license plate. Come to find out the vehicle wasn't registered with the state, and since it is not registered, there is no possible way it can be covered by insurance. The officer said he would have written a warning if the vehicle was registered and if the loaner documentation provided by World Toyota listed the correct VIN number...it did not. Not only wasn't it registered the paper work we were provided was for a completely different car. After convincing the officers the car was not stolen the cops decided to not arrest her. Long story short, my wife was pulled over for 3 hours, the car impounded, and was written 2 citations (no insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle). WTF?! The dealership has said they will take care of it all, but nothing will take care of my wife feeling like she was going to be arrested and the stress/tears this interaction with APD caused. I can't believe the level of incompetency World Toyota has exemplified.

UPDATE 6/10/2019: Management reached out to me via this Google Review requesting I email management, which I did the very same day, and he never responded. Not even a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

TLDR; Accidently bought a car that they butchered repairs for and sold me a misrepresented warranty to get me out the door with it.

I purchased my first car here and I don't ever want to shop at a dealership again. I was rushed into signing things and accidentally bought a car I was tentatively interested in because it was late and the loan guy wanted to quickly wrap it up before closing. I came in the next day and was told I didn't have the option to NOT buy it, since I signed last night. Instead they threw in a powertrain warranty, since I was concerned about engine repairs (the gasket head had been replaced while in their care.) I thought that would take care of any issues like that but NO, I was apparently misled about what that warranty covered.



Plus I didn't want to take it if it still smells like cigarettes. They said it would not smell after I used a scent bomb they gave me, but it still does.

I now own a car that I don't want and will need to sell as soon as my headache from all this dies down.

I took my car in because my tire light was on. They told me it was over inflated and that they took care of it. Since the tire light was off when they gave it back, I assumed it was fixed. The tire lights came on again. I took it somewhere else and I was told I had a nail in my tire. I can't believe Toyota Service Center could compromise my safety.

If you want to buy a car and have a professional trustworthy sales representative, you can go to World Toyota and ask for Miriam. She is honest, eager to offer the best product for a reasonable price, and walks the extra mile to meet clients' needs.
I bought a new Toyota Corolla 2014 and I am very satisfied with the car and purchase experience. I have not experience yet, the car's service. It includes two years free oil change, tire rotation, and towing service.

Not to be trusted. Called about vehicle they had listed online with stellar description. Was told vehicle was in great shape with no rust issues. After driving over two hours to look at / test drive vehicle it was found to have a moderately rusted undercarriage and activly leaking fluids. The transmission, power steering pump, rack and pinion assembly, and valve cover gaskets were leaking. A steady drip started when starting the vehicle. This vehicle, which was advertised as being "gently used and barely driven" was even rusting on the inside where the drivers seat bolted to the floor and additional water damage and salt deposits were present throughout the rear passenger area.

Filipe did an excellent job of taking care of my needs. It took a while longer than I expected but I asked that the lane changing app be increased which added some time. Apparently this is not requested often which surprises me as only three clicks seems unsafe to me. I used the five clicks on the way home and even that seemed a little shy. I might have it upped to six next time.

I like that they give you a lot of information about your car and are very good estimating the labor time. However, I did not like that some workers were not wearing masks or had masks hanging off of their faces.

If you need to buy a car, see Darius and his manager Milton, they will hook you up! I went to them after going to Brown and Brown wrecking when my car was totaled. 9 months pregnant, totaled car, injured and they knew what I needed. I got a gorgeous new Highlander XLE, delivered to my front door by the team, and at THE MOST competitive price. To the point that another dealership didn't believe me and asked for pictures, lol!

I know the last day of the month is insanely busy and I honestly got a better deal coming in the 1st day of the month, and faster service.

I am so happy with my car and overall experience with the World Toyota team, cannot recommend them enough!

Corey didn t push for any additional service and let me know, when asked, what was necessary and what wasn t.
Side note: if you re going in for service on a Saturday, try to get in as early as possible. The advisor and tech will be quick with whatever you need to have performed.

The service department offered me an appointment with 30 minutes of my call. The service associate was polite and proficient.

Care was ready within an hour. Cost was $0.

Only downside was the technician did not reset my tire pressure indicator.

I will have to go back tomorrow to get that done.
