I am very pleased every time I visit World Toyota to get my routine maintenance.
9/19 - Thomas was my service advisor today and my experience today was exceptionally satisfactory. Great communication and helped in every way that he could.
This type of service doesn t make me feed bad that I pass by 2-3 Toyota dealerships to get my service done at World Toyota.

Thank you to World Toyota for their work on performing a maintenance service on my car! From the moment I arrived and being escorted to check out what services they would be doing to when they said it would be ready. All done timely and professionally. Haley, my vehicle advisor, met me and then (when they said it would be done) came and got me. She reviewed all the work done and I went about my day.

They do run a effective and efficient shop and I m happy to say it was the easiest service on a car I ve ever owned.

It also helps that the people working there are the some of the friendliest people in the car business I ve worked with.

I usually go to Nalley Toyota in Roswell to service my car but since it was a recall and they said it would take a few hours I decided to go to World of Toyota. Felipe, my advisor, was great. However, I won t be going back to this location because the process was just not as customer service oriented as Nalley Toyota. The bags they used to cover my seats were left in my car and so was the number they put on my rear view mirror. Nalley usually leaves it the way they saw it, no trash left, and they vacuum and bring the car out front to me. It s not a major thing but those little things make a difference.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP! RIP-OFFS!!! The review would not allow to post a ZERO. We took our Toyota truck to get an estimate to repair the latch on the door. It was missing a screw which prevented the door from closing properly. Mr. Miller at the dealership estimated $1,027.06 - 14 hours of labor, body work, and paint. Shocked, we took the truck to another dealership. In less than 10 minutes an estimator got a screw from his shop, screwed the latch down, and didn't charge a cent. World Toyota tried to screw us over!

It was the third time that i was going to World Toyota to buy a car. Today Sales Consultant, Bolivar was wonderful. He was very helpful and answered all my questions honestly. I feel that I got lucky to have Bolivar to work with. I also need to mention the Business Manager, Mikael. He was very patient and a very nice guy. He was able to bring down the interest from 14% to 7%. Mikael was able to offer us a variety of financing options. I am very happy with the two cars that I bought today. I don't think it was possible without his solid knowledge of financing procedures and credit options.
I will definitely continue to contact these two men when the time comes for my next purchase as well as refer them to friends and family. Thank you!

Best Experience!!! Victor Johnson at world Toyota gave excellent service and helped me get the best deal on my Camry. He was very patient with me and we test drove different cars and I got a feel of the handling, and checked the interiors of the cars I was interested in. I got a great price on the Camry I decided on and I highly recommend him!

During the buying process after we were looking at...

During the buying process after we were looking at a specific used vehicle, the salesperson stated that World Toyota s Service Department went through the entire vehicle to make sure the car was in working properly. After buying the car and on the way home we discovered that the heating and cooling system was not working. The next day we contacted the saleslady informed us that (1) the car was sold as is and (2) that they only make sure the car was safe to operate.
I believe that her reply that they went through the entire car to assure everything worked modified the as is standard and the dealer should be bound by their saleslady s representations. Instead they informed us it was not their problem despite the assurances we had been given.
BE CAREFUL IN YOUR DEALINGS WITH WORLD TOYOTA

After writing the above review, i received a reply from the General Manager who asked me to contact him, which I did. He acknowledged my reply saying he would investigate. More than a week has passed and despite my contacting him again I have not received a reply.
It appears that his reaching out to me was merely a marketing ploy to make it appear on here that World Toyota is responsive to its customers.
I must therefore repeat my original warning BE CAREFUL IN YOUR DEALINGS WITH WORLD TOYOTA.

I went in for a tire rotation which was done quickly. Allen has assisted me in the past and was very nice this time around too. My only issue is that I went in for a tire rotation and I was informed and showed that I had some corrosion in my battery. I specifically asked Allen if it was just cosmetic and if my battery was good. He told me that the battery is good and I just need to get it cleaned off which they could do for $30 - yikes! This was Saturday 9/9 and by Saturday 9/16 my battery was completely dead. Prior to 9/9 - No previous instances of trouble starting up, no issues while driving, no lights on the dash and now I'm without transportation.

I purchased 2020 Toyota RAV4 from this place. The car was not in stock. They said it might take 72 hours for the car to arrive, but also said that it might come tomorrow. I paid downpayment the same day when I purchased the car. Called second day to see if the car arrived. Salesman picked the call first time and said it might be here at the end of the day. Called again at the end of the day, but he did not pick the call. Tried several times but no answer. Next day I got message the car will be there today at the end of the day. I was really excited, but didn't receive call or text until 5. Called and texted several times but no answer. At around 6 I guess I got text from salesman saying the car is there. I went there was really excited but then I see the car had 340 miles on it. Originally, I was told that it would have 30 miles and I signed the papers too. But since it had 340 miles instead I had to re-sign new documents. I could have made big isssue over there regarding the mileage but I felt bad for the salesman, so didn't. Overall, my experience with this company was really unprofessional. Management really needs to look after it before it's too late.

Good staff, efficient service. Only complaint is that my prepaid maintenance wasn t processed in my last several visits, so I unnecessarily paid for oil and oil filter changes. Apparently you have to mention that you have prepaid maintenance, it doesn t come up automatically on their end for some reason.

The people who work there have been stalling for over three months now with my car s key. I lost it and called them for a copy of the key, and they ve made me come now for the 9th time to get it, and every time I come they don t know what I m talking about. I ve emailed them as well, and showed them the emails, but nothing. Make sure you have everything you need before you purchase your car there.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. However, I was disappointed that for bringing a brand new car in for its first 5000 mile service inspection that I left without a problem being fixed. Now I have to schedule another appointment to bring it back in and wait for someone to hopefully fix the problem this time.

I don't get why they go by the appointment system if they are willing to serve as many customers as they can, and the result is a 2 hours waiting time for oil change only.
I have changed my oil at Toyota dealership for the past 5 years, and i have had such a great experience with the Toyota at Marietta, they are the best.
But this Toyota dealership has ruined my expectation, and now i have to drive 30 minutes to Marietta to change oil there.

Few years ago they were great, but now they are the worst service center, they did horrible job the last 4 or five times I went for service, try to sell me a $1200 replacement alternator that I did not need, because I asked in 2 more places and they told me that the alternator was perfect and Toyota told me "it won't last a week" more than a year ago. After a service they left the cap off of the oil and made a mess, no even an appology, I did a fuel system cleaning and the next 3 services they tried to sell me the same cleaning again and again. They told me that the car battery was good at that same day the battery died. Every thing they did was incorrectly done and tried to sell me services or replacement parts that I did not need. Never going there again.

It was my worst experience with Toyota. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, and I was there 10 minutes before. I waited in the car for exactly 58 minutes, without a single person trying to help, and finally, when I got out of my car, a rude woman yelled "go back inside and someone will be with you shortly." Well, the driver behind me got tired of waiting and got out of her car for complaining, and said she was there before us. Any logical person would see that it was impossible, since my car was in front of hers. They finally came to her, and took her car in front of mine. Yes, in front of mine. A while later, it was my turn. Andrew, the person who helped me, had lots of questions regarding my right for car maintenance, and because he was under stress, he was equally rude. He told me to wait inside, and warned me that the wait time would be around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Well, it wasn't. After two more hours, I got a text message saying that my car was ready, though I couldn't find Andrew. I called, and he didn't answer. Finally, after getting very pissed, I went looking for a manager, and they said "your car is outside," gave my car and told me to go look for my car. I've been using Toyota for a while now, and I even recommended this place for friends that got new cars, just like I did, but after being absolutely disrespected and waited for hours, I'm not coming back, and I'll make sure that everyone knows how upset I am.

I came up here to have another key created for my car for emergencies. This company has no etiquette or true customer service. Also, I ended up having to pay $200 for a second key , that they initially told me would cost $30. After buying my car from them. I found out the drivers window didn t work, the battery needs to be replaced, the tires had nails in them. They are not reliable or trustworthy. I would not trust providing them with your money. This is not a transparent car sales place.

This dealership is fantastic and wonderful to negotiate with. The sales person I dealt with several times Hugh Larsen is professional, respectful, patient and very knowledgeable. He is a credit to the dealership and Toyota!!! I would recommend him and World Toyota without qualification.

Just disappointed for the 3rd time. Service department Customer service is horrible. Nobody tries or cares, it's "just a job". No one goes out of their way and no one attempts to be apologetic or empathetic of the circumstance. Experience - oil change and the wash took 2+hours and the Car was pitched as "detailed" more like "wiped down" (windows, part of the hood went untouched). Definitely driving the 25+ minutes OTP to Roswell Toyota or closest other dealership.

I was at the world of Toyota service center today and I admit that I was not satisfied. I had my car checked for a brake problem so the guy told me one thing and as I was getting ready to go he told me it was 2 different things could be wrong with my car. So the guy was going to work on my car at first and I decided that I did not want it to be fixed today so as I got up to get my keys and go the guy told me that it was two different things wrong with my car and did not inform me of the other thing. So I was really going to pay for one service and was that going to really fix my car? So I was very unhappy about the outcome. So why would the person say I needed this issue and when I got ready to go he said it could be an OR issue so that was that unprofessional of them. So my car would have still been not fixed . Because he told me 1 price and so was that really gonna solve that issue. Because I was not gonna pay no more than he supposedly told me. And 1 more thing shouldn't I need to know my full total with details and etc.

Service was competent and reasonable, but really wish I had NOT taken the shuttle to work. I don't envy any shuttle driver but was very frustrated with the 1:15 it took to get 3 miles to work from the dealership. For reasons unknown, in the middle of the morning rush, he chose to first take one of my fellow shuttle passengers 5 miles outside the perimeter to her destination on Jimmy Carter Blvd., then we traveled 7 miles back to the second passenger's destination at Chamblee-Dunwoody @ I-285; then finally the 3 miles right down Peachtree Rd.to my office in Brookhaven. LESSON LEARNED = don't take the shuttle

Service Center Customers: Make sure you exactly know what's wrong with your car before you come in! Prices on repairs are pretty par for the course, but when you get their free 27 point inspection, they'll miraculously come up with a bunch more things that are supposedly wrong than you actually need fixed! This happened to me, I went in for a simple brake pad replacement on my older Toyota Camry, and I left with about $4000 worth of recommendations of things I could pay them to do. They even tried to get me to finance those repairs on credit! Overall, my car still drives fine without those "urgent" repairs. Beware of people just trying to make another sale.

Intake, at 10:00 on a Saturday morning, took 43 minutes from my arrival to completing the service paperwork. I informed the scheduler that I simply wanted to drop off the vehicle for the day and didn't really care when the actual appointment time was ... and that I could drop off at anytime. She seemed insistent on it being 10:00 - which was obviously a very busy time. I'd have preferred that she suggested a less busy time.

My service technician, Michael, was great! Quick diagnosis and very communicative. Problem solved and truck doing great.

Advisor was acting shady the moment I walked in. Kept telling me I must have hit a pot hole to cause bubble in my tire. I had to ask him to stop blaming me for it. He was fake, sarcastic. Got my car back, the rim they changed the tire on is scratched on multiple places. Will definitely never go back there.

always took forever to change your car oil (like 4 hours), the people at the service department are somehow rude.

I was at this location 2 months and received my car maintenance services. I also told the car dealer representative that I might need new tires, and they were being pretty honest that I don't need any new ones so far. However, today I am at a different location to check for car vibrations and staff at this location told me the tires on my car are backward backward!!!!! Careless mistake like this? Spend your money somewhere!

To Chris Brown (Service Director): Before I begin, 5 stars to Damion Rayan for his superb customer service on Tues and today. Not only did he exhibit incredible patience with my complex situation, he went out of his way multiple times to meet my unique needs. If you haven't thought about giving him a raise or a promotion, you should. It's rare that I see his level of customer focus in anyone doing customer service. The reason I gave your service center 4 stars was due to the easy drop off process (the construction was annoying, but you've done a good job making up for it with trailers and utlizing the other space that you have), as well as the teamwork I witnessed between Damion and the service techs as they attempted to meet my needs. The one frustration I did have was the handoff from Scheduler to Service Department: the Scheduler assured me that the check engine diagnosis would be done at no cost and include a definitive reason why it the light was on, but when I arrived at the Service Center I was informed that only the 30 minute computer analysis would be free and any additional diagnostic work to determine why the light was one would be charged at $150/hour. That extra cost was not in my budget, so I had to take my car to another reputable mechanic to finish the diagnostic at no charge and fix it at a more reasonable hourly rate if my husband couldn't. Thank you again, Damion, for making my experience at your location a good one! I appreciate you! :) ~Kris

Criston Alexander has been our Assistant Service Manager for several years now and provides excellent customer service with a smile and friendly, helpful advice. These two men are the reason we continue to make World Toyota our exclusive dealer for service since 2005.

Four months ago, I bought a used Toyota Prius. A few weeks ago, I received a recall notice from Toyota. They found me via the vehicle registration. I thought this a nice touch so I looked for a dealer near me. I chose World Toyota and am completely satisfied with the entire experience from calling initially to be fielded on a Sunday by what I'm sure was an answering service, being called back the same day by a gentleman who walked me through the process of scheduling service; showing up today for that service, and them being polite, structured, and thorough. I'd return to them in future for service without hesitation based on this first interaction.

Worst sales experience I have ever had, sent in all the paperwork they requested along with a signed credit card deposit form for a used vehicle. Then while I was waiting for them to get me the documents my credit union requested they sold the vehicle to someone else. Very dissatisfied!

Had an appointment for 20k maintenance at 1045. Arrived at 1030 and was told it would be hour or hour and a half. Was there for 4 hours . No one ever came to find me to give me updates . I kept going to check and was told it would be "just a few more minutes." I had to cancel a 2:00 appointment. When I asked to see a manager after being there 3 hours, i was told he was on a break. The people i talked to were polite, but at no time did they apologize or explain the delay. I have to get my car serviced there because i bought the car there and its free until 50k miles. Otherwise i wouldn't go back.

They have lied to me 3 times about it and my tags are long expired. They don't return phone calls and just pass me around. Terrible service and will never work with them again. They cant do the fundamentals right. I have left messages with 4 different people and no return call.

This was my first time at this service center, and I was a little anxious. My service advisor, Matthew, was excellent. There were a few unexpected but necessary repairs that needed to be done. He took the time to review and help me prioritize the repairs, and made a recommendation that felt reasonable. That was much appreciated. I appreciated his time and the quality of his attention. Service was great but I noticed two things that were super sketchy

1) I was recommended to change my cabin air filter because it was dirty. Funny thing is that I bought a new one three days ago. So i decided to open up my cabin air filter for inspection. I had intentionally left the hinge unhanged previously due to shortage of time and guess what it was never touched. So how did the technician decide my cabin air filter is dirty ?

2) I was charged a 7.99 shop fee :S why ? Why is this not disclosed ? I have had many oil changes but this was sketchy like Jiffy Lube...

I recently installed four tires and went to World Toyota for alignment. Criston Alexander, the service advisor noticed new tires and immediately made it known that he was not happy as to why I didn't get new tires from him.

After creating the paperwork for alignment - I was asked to wait and told it would take an hour and a half.

To my surprise - he came back in 18 minutes and said it was done. I am not convinced with the outcome of an alignment job that is done in 18 minutes.

I will not go back to World Toyota for service or any other matters. Please be careful with your service performed there.

Very positive experience on my first trip to the dealership. The work was completed much quicker than I expected. Chris Terrell was friendly and helpful as well as explaining all costs clearly.
