Went for regular oil change and servicing. The service was good. However, I had few dollar worth quarters left in the car but when I got home I realized they were gone.though it's not a big amount I think the trust with their employees will always remain in my mind.

It's rare that dealerships treat both the car and its owner like royalty even if you didn't purchase the car there. Just a few maintenance checks here and there but they really stay on top of things. They'll notify you of their progress every step of the way and even after the work is completed. Over the top customer service to the likes rarely experienced in any industry. Competitive pricing as well! 5 stars in my book and my Corolla agrees!
This is the worst Toyota service center I have ever been to. For a simple flat tire service it took me 3 + hours wait time.There was no one telling me as to house long I had to wait or what the progress was! I had to run around to get an update. I walked through the main showroom and saw salespersons too busy with themselves and they were not even bothered to ask if I was there to look for a car!! The customer service is ridiculous. My service was due at this place, and with this experience, I will never return to this place now ever! They however fixed my tires for free, which was definitely not expected but appreciated and so I am giving them 2 stars . I usually pick places by rating but guess people haven t experienced the good customer service to have rated this place so highly! Thoroughly disappointed!
I'm always weary of going to a new place to get my car checked out. Hats off to Matt Bailey and the rest of the team, for being quick, concise, straightforward and friendly. They sent me a report of everything that they checked out in my car and allowed me to approve or decline the possible repairs. On top of everything they were done and under an hour. Wish everyone worked like that.
I was having a terrible start to the morning and had no intentions of purchasing a brand new vehicle but with the excellent customer service provided by my friendly sales associate(Mariam Davis) and an incredible deal I drove home a brand new truck and traded in my old jeep. These people took care of me and I really appreciate it.

I purchased my vehicle in World Toyota back in April, 2015 and since then I have been getting an excellent Service each time I visit World Toyota service center as well as main office. Everybody there is very co-operative and helpful. I would reccomend World Toyota to everyone.
Still in a bit of shock, to say the least, but I think I just bought another new car! I came in for regular service on my 2015 highlander and while here, I walked down to new car sales to say 'hi' to my friend Mariam, the wonderful lady who sold me my car originally. Well, after a short time of visiting with her and discussing how much I enjoyed my car, she showed me the new 2017 and pointed out some cool options that were added. Ok, fast forward a couple hours and I just signed papers for one of those new 2017's with all the cool new options! She, and her manager John Choe, were great and very easy to work with, once again. I highly recommend Mariam and her team at World Toyota ...thank you for all their support and no pressure service!

I am a customer and I just want to talk about my experience in regards to buying a car Toyota World.
I came to Toyota world and I was very cheap and I went ahead and bought a used car which they were more than happy to help me with and as a matter fact I bought a Prius which is a good car unfortunately it turned out there was a problem that was not foreseen because good used cars there's always that chance things might go wrong and it just happened with one of the one of those rear moment things went wrong.
I was stuck with a very humongous loan and it was very clear that the car that I bought was not going to last me 10 years because it had 90,000 miles to begin with, but fortunately Super star saleswoman Lisa who help me buy the car first time sprinted to action when she did something amazing which makes her the best says in the history of Toyota.
Lisa was able to give me the best value possible on my used car and she helped me Take A New Perspective and explain to me all that fine points and after having a very detailed talk with her I came to the conclusion that the new Toyota package where everything is taken care of is the way to go. When I say everything I mean everythingand I'm just going to let Lisa explain that to you because it's going to blow you away.
After endlessly trying every single car in the lot she surprised me with a extra surprise on top of the surprise that was unimaginable because she's the best saleswoman in Toyota history ; so what she did was she would find a way to pay off my personal loan and then she got me into the 2019 Toyota .. due to security reasons I don't like to talk about what car I got but she will definitely tell you if you ask her anyway I got a brand new car and my loan that I would have been stuck with if I bought the car anywhere else was gone.
So Lisa the superstar who is the best salesman of all times was able to hit the restart button and my purchase in my dream car and I can tell you I don't have the words to thank for her dedication and for her attention to detail and making sure that I was set for life.
Forget about everybody else just get in line and get the hardest working daughter James Brown make you feel good I'm telling you you're not going to regret this from real customer who bought a real car and this is a true statement and I'm sure when you buy your car you going to back me up.

Initial meet and greet was professional. Discussing needs for my vehicle was honest and straight forward. My issue was the in between. I wasn't sure if I needed an alignment , and from my previous service experiences- a customer rep talks to me about my cars needs, shows me my inspection report card and then goes over the needs. This appointment was not like that. I got a text asking to authorize getting it done. I was sitting for hours, then noticed my car sitting outside. Noone informed me my car was done its service. When I went to sign and pay, rep really didn't go over the health of my tires and anything else they reviewed, I reviewed it myself before signing. Service itself was fine, but not compared to other sites I've gone to.
Took car for oil change and a checkup on some issues. Micheal was wonderful and provided me excellent service, he even drove my car a bit to make sure the issues were resolved. Got a free wash as well, really pleased with how things were handled especially for an extremely busy day. I wish I had came here first when buying!
I had a prius battery issue and call to double check. And they told me it is free and when they finished they charged me $170. So double check and make sure and leave a proof.
As usual received great timely and honest service from world Toyota. Orin Tobias was personal and professional. The ease of scheduling is always a plus and all employees treat you as their favorite customer!
As usual, I had a very good experience at World Toyota's service department. My advisor, Jerry Bearden, explained the recommendations for repairs, answered my questions, and allowed me to make up my own mind without applying any pressure. I really appreciate that, and I will continue to use World Toyota and Jerry for my service and repairs.
My Advisor was great! Sevice has a documentation and planning issue. When making the appointment I noted there was a recall that needed addressing. The advisor was unaware and the recall was not "scheduled" until I arrived. I also have a maintenance agreement that was not documented and the advisor had to call and verify. My truck is registered with World & Toyota and I have only used World for service, this information should be readily available. The administrative portion of the repair added 30 minutes after the service was completed. That is ridiculous customer service! So glad Jack, my advisor, was able to get everything taken care of in a shorter time frame than he thought. Thank you for the help Jack!! Keep up the great service and tell World & Toyota yo get it together!
Ehhh, I probably should have looked into the costs before signing off. I also should have known better and not gone to a dealership for maintenance. They charged $229 for spark plugs. I could've watched a youtube video and done it myself for less than $50 and two hours time. Also, $100+ for an oil change?? Luckily I had the sense to say no to that and did it myself later that day. Employees were nice, but most of their prices are far too high. Take it to a shop with good reviews and dont go to a dealership unless youre rich and dont care about spending 200% over what the cost should be.
Hugh Larsen is our Sales Consultant and has done a great job. Hugh understands his product, has taken the time to explain things to us fully. We haven t felt pressured or rushed in our decision which has made for a stress free buying experience.
They took my car on late notice for a flat tire on a busy Saturday. It was also due for a service which they included the same day, saving me a later visit. Very quick turnaround for how busy they were. Nice job all around!

My Sales Consultant Ms.Mariam Davis was fantastic. The other Sales Consultants did not speak or address me as a customer or person. Ms.Davis was upfront and honest, which may me want to buy a car.
I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation which only took about 45 min which was amazing however I asked for a synthetic oil change that should last 10,000 miles but it seems like I only got a regular oil change a super sticker I have to come back in 5,000 miles .
Chris Terrell is my only service advisor. He knows me, my vehicles, and my objectives. I trust his recommendations implicitly and have never been disappointed. He makes sure the work is done timely and well. If he leaves, my business goes with him.
My first time at this dealership even though I live only six miles away and bought 2 new priuses in the past year and a half. I should've come to Workd Toyota. Excellent customer service and will do things as a courtesy that other places want to charge you for. They are really busy but we're very attentive and did their best to get me in and out asap. I hope they get more service people to help them out. They get way more visitors than they have people to help them it they do well to be short-staffed.
If I could have given it zero I would have. My friend has been driving a RAV4 for 9 years and it died. We went in to look at the new ones. They didn t have any inside the dealership. It was raining and in the upper 30s. We asked if they could pull one up so we could look at it and they handed my friend an umbrella. I told the sales person we weren t going to walk the lot in this weather and just asked him to grab a limited and pull it up under cover somewhere. He said he didn t want to go outside either. I can t blame him but that is part of the job. Eventually he pulled the car up so we could look at it but when he did so he exited the vehicle, took the keys and walked inside. We went outside to look at the car and had some questions but the sales person was nowhere to be found. We went inside and the sales person had literally disappeared. I talked to a manager and they went to look for him to know avail. After waiting five minutes we just left. Literally the worst service I ve ever had in a car dealership.
I was lucky to have Mark Pang as my sales associate. He was excellent to work with. He was very honest and knowledgeable regarding Toyota s and the car buying process. I never felt pressured into doing something I wasn t comfortable with and I felt that he genuinely had my best interest in mind. He operated very efficiently and I never felt like my time was being wasted. I met with several sales associates from other dealers but was turned off by their work ethic which is why I was so pleased to have Mark Pang to work with because he made the whole car buying experience smooth and easy.
Bad service . My car had a recall for the airbag CHRISTOPHER TERRELL the advisor said that it was going to take 2 hrs it took 4 hrs and the inspection was great according to them . The horn on my car does not work but it pass the inspection.
I did not have a good experience the first time but the same service advisor truly cared to make it right the second time when my husband took my car in. He gave great professional/friendly service. It was not expected but much appreciated. Thank you Matthew Bailey!
This is great place to get your car serviced. I have been coming here since 2003 when i bought my first toyota from the dealership. The prices are dealership prices but they always have coupons for consumers. As long as i am a toyota owner i will continue to come here.

I took my Highlander in on a Saturday morning. When I first arrived, I almost turned around and left. The line of cars was out of the garage. Low and behold there was one lady working nonstop, putting numbers on everyone cars, back and forth. It did take a little while to get inside the garage, but that lady was super efficient the entire time. Once inside the garage the service manager was just as efficient. I told him I had a little time constraint because I had to pick up my daughter at a birthday party, and needed to pick up my daughter in 1.5 hours. They got me out of there in one hour. The entire world Toyota experience was great.
This has been a terrible experience. 45 days from purchase and I don t have a tag and registration and don t expect this to be resolved quickly. I just got off the phone with Aaron Coles at Toyota finance. He has made two mistakes and each time has asked me to make up for his inadequacy otherwise I will not get required service. At the moment my temporary tag will expire tomorrow and I won t be able to drive my car legally. He s given me a quid pro quo and needs me to sign a new purchase and sales agreement otherwise he will be unable to register my car and I will not have a tag or registration. I asked for another temporary tag and the request was refused. I contacted the dealership manager ( Mark Capozza) by email with the request that he speak with Aaron and my sales person, Jamal. I stated that those two have the full story and would guide him to help me while I m out of town and going through an intense training program. I also asked for his chain of command and email addresses for management up to and including the district manager. My request was ignored. I called Toyota customer complaint and registered a complaint. The complaint was closed without notification or service. Nobody called. Complaint registered closed at Toyota headquarters. Tonight s call to Aaron has yielded a temporary tag that might arrive in time. When I asked him why he didn t send a temp tag when I asked for one; my question was ignored and he spoke of his needs for a new purchase agreement. I called Mark Capozza tonight but don t expect any curtousey. I ll write again with updates as this continues past 45 days from date of sale. Overall terrible experience. Brent
Andrew is a superb customer service agent at World Toyota. I was so pleased with his service at my previous car check-up that I requested him for today's service.
Do not bring your business to this dealership. Service department is a joke. I purchased a truck from here and was told to change my oil every 10k...which is fine if you don t have a flex fuel engine. They were changing it every 10k when manufacturer recommends 5k.
If you happen to purchase a vehicle from this dealership double and triple check any packages they sell you. I got completely ripped off. I purchased an interior and exterior protection package and wasted money because they couldn t tell me how to get the service done. They tell you to go to the company directly but the company tells you to go to Toyota.
When I purchase my maintenance package My vehicle requires synthetic but the sold me a conventional package.
If I had this gross negligence in my job I would be fired. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Miriam Davis is great! I purchased my RAV4 from her last year and recommended her to my parents who just purchased a 4Runner. Miriam is extremely thorough and makes sure that you get exactly what you are looking for without wasting time. She also follows up after the sale and if she makes a promise to do anything additional, she follows through. Mikael in financing was wonderful too! I highly recommend the two of them! :)
I purchased a 2013 vehicle with 60k mikes on it on January 17th. The vehicle died on me today with a possible transmission needed. If I could give zero stars I would. I am not pleased and waiting to hear back from the dealership

I purchased a 2017 Camry two days ago. The process was seamless and I did not wait for a long time for buying it. The true star, was in a lady named Mariam. She went out to the car with me for over two hours to look for an one that I wanted, and beyond to meet my price as well as make sure I was comfortable with the deal. She was kind, through, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her support and patience to explain for making sure I understood every single feature of my new car. Moreover, it is amazing that she has still been taking care of my car after the sale. I will recommend this dealership for years to come. If you want to get a car, find Mariam. The car is perfect. The service was BEYOND.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First to start off, worst Business Manager I have ever encountered. Finance manager Soloman got loud with my husband and rushed through all our paper work and charged us sales tax when we were clearly exempt from it (being military). Then the Manager Richard was completely beyond RUDE and yelled at my husband, and when I attempted to speak to him, he didn t even look at me and spoke over me and cut me off as if he didn t care about what I had to say. We put a down payment expecting to pick up our new vehicle the following week so we drove 2 hours up to pick up the car for them to tell us they don t even have the car. They didn t inform us that the vehicle wasn t here so we wasted 2 hours to drive here (btw I m 36 weeks pregnant and just recently got surgery done so that drive is not a thrill), now a week later the vehicle is here but missing the accessories we were promised. Now they re not wanting to compensate us at all for all the back and forth hassle and wasted gas we ve had to deal with. We the. requested a new manager, Colin, and he is a REAL manager with great manners who knows how to speak to paying customers. Our salesman Henry Brown was also absolutely amazing the entire time, definitely can t say anything negative about him! Let s just say World Toyota Atlanta needs to hire managers who actually know how to speak to their buying customers with respect.
They had only been open an hour and were already busy with many customers, but still fit me in to fix my recall issue. I relaxed and caught up on some reading in a decent sized waiting room that had plenty of chairs (some off to the side that were very comfortable), and also complimentary coffee and tea. While i enjoyed a hot green tea and my book, the service dept got everything wrapped up and I was back on the road within the estimated repair time. They also gave me a free diagnostic and price breakdown for other work that my vehicle could use. All in all, it was the most professional service shop I've ever been to. Shout out to Sean and the entire team at World Toyota for the awesome service... I greatly appreciate it!!
I had worst experience with Atlanta Toyota in Duluth with their Manager Chris Harford. Chris Harford would rather argue with me as a customer over a coupon. I left Atlanta Toyota in Duluth and came over to Shane Mcnutt World Toyota. Shane was AWESOME took the same coupon that Atlanta Toyota in Duluth would not take but Shane Mcnutt offered me a better one. Shane Mcnutt went over the problem with my van took his time to explain. Shane thanks for offering me AWESOME QUALITY WORK that Atlanta Toyota in Duluth could not do. Thanks for making the rest of my day better after having a bad experience with Atlanta Toyota. Thank you.
Nice new service center and new service model. Took only 20 minutes for 20,000 mile check, oil and rotation. Barely had time to eat a donut in the lounge. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Not sure why but it always takes forever to have service done on the weekend. I had a simple oil change and tire rotation scheduled and it took them 3.5 hours to do that. I mean, I get that they re busy, but if that s the case, then they shouldn t allow so many people to book appointments if they re not going to have the opportunity to complete the service in a timely fashion. Wasn t too impressed with the initial customer service when I drove up either...
I was very impressed with my overall experience at World Toyota. Everyone was very kind, helpful and conscious of my time. Even though I did not plan to have a recall issue taken care of, the team at World Toyota was flexible and helped me without an appointment or any extra minutia. I actually work in Consumer Experience with another automobile manufacturer (domestic) and pay attention to the all of the details. And while I know we are doing the right things as we look to improve the experience a customer has at one of your competitors, I see we could learn a lot from your dealership. Prior to my experience, I did not consider having my car serviced at a dealership. Now, however, I was won over by the excellent processes AND people and my experience will translate into loyalty for my future sales and service needs. Many dealerships get one or the other right, but rarely get both right. Well done.
I Would've given a higher rating if my business was as important as many of their other clients. This was not a great car buying experience. One of my worst actually, was not at all impressed with their customer service. Very poor. I will be back because my rep Luis, really tried to get me a good deal.... And I believe in second chances
