Great experience. Tan Nguyen was my salesman and he made it extremely efficient and easy. He sourced the vehicle i wanted, picked it up, had it washed and gassed before I arrived. All negotiations and financials were completed prior to make things easier. I was in and out in less than an hour. Could not be more pleased with the service and experience.

I am extremely disappointed by World Toyota. Both my husband and I have contacted them multiple times over the last two months and by multiple means (phone, email, online chat) to purchase an extended warranty for our Prius. Our request has never been followed by an agent, and after each new request we received an identical automatic email with no answer to our question. I highly recommend using another Toyota dealer.

Today is 9-12-18-I purchased a car about 3 weeks ago (and the inside dashboard was still dusty after I purchased it) and was supposed to get Lojack setup fairly soon after ....at least that is what I thought.... This is where things break down...The sales rep called the company to setup my lojack and I was supposed to get a call for an appt within a few days. That was 2.5 wks ago. I reached out to the LOJACK/SKYLINK company and they say the dealer is supposed to call...the run around is NEVER good....SHE ALREADY CALLED....so I call the dealer again ...and can't get any clear help from them...I am still waiting for a callback from dealer or someone to get this lojack setup ....The process to set Lojack up is way too disorganized....no one wants to take the blame....Make sure if you go with Lojack or Skylink, the dealer handles it correctly from the beginning...#HORRIBLEPROCESS

Mariam was great in helping me find a vehicle that was right for me and was able to assist me in working within my budget. I'm happy with my new Camry. While I did take some time to decide, the whole process took about four hours. Toyota is a great brand and I would recommend World Toyota if you are looking for a new car. 4 stars because I received 4-5 requests from them to leave a review which was annoying. Several texts and emails. Reviews should be organic and not forced!

I had coins saved on paper bag on driver side box, after car was finished servicing i found it was place on other side. I didn't count coins so i couldn't tell them why they had to open side box. Also wheel cover was not fully closed and washer fluid cap was not even closed. Their service is not satisfactory. I will never ever take it to World Toyota Atlanta again, i don't want t loose my items from my car!!!!

Bought a new corolla IM back in may from Jarrell. Love the car and Jarrell was awesome. He was really professional and a nice guy. Helped me get a great deal and even though I know he's working for a paycheck like everybody else in the world I truly felt he went to bat for me, was very knowledgeable, and worked hard to earn my business. I've also used the service center here for my 2016 corolla and the service center is great too. Nice place, when it's time for my next Toyota you can bet I'll be back here!

They were super helpful and everything else was fine, but it did take awhile for them to officially say they needed to be replaced, and then they never called me back to actually fix replace them. I know I could've called, but I got busy and didn't. Just wasn't impressed overall, and didn't feel like staying on top of them.

I would like to say that I have never been to a more honest and friendly dealership. To explain, i showed up late on a Thursday night with a mindset to purchase a 4runner. Despite the late evening, you would think everyone would be ready go home, but instead met with professional and friendly staff. Getting down to business, I found the dialogue between my salesman and her manager to be very organic and pleasant while trying to locate and work out a deal for the 4runner I had in mind. Not once did I feel like I was talked down or treated like I know nothing about the car business unlike some of the other higher end Lexus dealers in the greater Atlanta area expecting just a quick signature for those who have that ability to not care what money is worth. I also was astounded how honest the pricing, break down, and valuation of my trade-in was. From the get go of the initial offer, I felt i was not deceived to come this dealership for a car at all and the numbers were not offensively far away from any reasonable sale. Although... i 'will scratch my head' on why there is a mandatory $1000 dollars of dealer options? I understand you need floor mats, but $850 between wheel locks/window tint/nitrogen filled tires, eh come on now. But with that said, it was all disclosed, barter-able, and understandable. Even though we couldn't come to a deal to fit my price budget, I will say this dealership has me convinced that Toyota is the brand for me to own for years to come and a rarity to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate **hope** to come back to WorldToyota for another chance to buy a car from them.

I was particularly let down considering I requested that the dealership remove the World Toyota decal for my vehicle prior to leaving and I waited for over an hour just to get home and see they made me wait but did not remove the decal. Overall my World Toyota experience was very positive and I left confident that I received the best deal on my new 2020 Toyota Tacoma possible. The best part of my experience has got to be the amount of time Allan and Richard saved me by being upfront with the deals they are able to offer and did not waste my time negotiating back and forth on rates or prices.

I liked the experience overall. Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. Be sure you do your homework before you go in. They have two prices; one for internet and one for folks who just walk in. It's a significant difference. They were prepared to charge me the difference and assume I was ignorant to the price.

I only come to World Toyota for all of my service needs for my Camry. This is mainly because of Alen! He has been taking care of my vehicle for the past 2 years and has been such a great help. He takes the time to explain what services I need because I m not too savvy with my car repair knowledge. I know that making sure my vehicle is in great shape is his top priority and I am confident with all of the suggestions he makes. All of my visits are relatively quick so that is definitely a plus! Thank you Alen, for everything you do for me and my Camry!

Glenn was respectful and did not promise more than he can offer. I have had others that have over promised and not followed through. It is best to check your car for grease stains on the interior and fluid levels before leaving the dealership. Though, I had two tires replaced and an alignment, my car was pulling to the right when on the highway and had to slow down due to safety concerns. I will be following up on this.

I have a Toyota/Lexus Visa card that gives cash back on purchases that are made. I can use the rewards cash at any Toyota/Lexus dealership for service, parts and money towards a vehicle. The service writer at World Toyota said that she had never seen the card before. Instead of seeking help from a co-worker, or perhaps management, she takes it upon herself to handle the transaction. I told her about the money I had available, but she proceeded to pretend that she knew what she was doing and ended up charging my card twice........without applying the reward! When I called back to the dealership she was very dismissive and telling lies.

Long story, short.......
If you don't know, just say that. Find someone who maybe knows better. Don't try to wing it. Everyone is not stupid!

My wife and I live in Durham, North Carolina. We had driven to Atlanta in our Toyota pickup truck to visit my son. Since we will be making this trip a lot, we were interested in purchasing a second car that could deliver good gas mileage. After researching new and used cars, we had decided that the car needed to be a Toyota (we love the dependability of our truck), have the latest safety features, be affordable and deliver good gas mileage.

Our son recommended we look in Atlanta for greater car choices and competitive pricing. Our first stop was World Toyota and we were very impressed with the number of Camry choices and listed prices compared to the car dealers in North Carolina. Jerry Jung was our salesman and we immediately liked his no-pressure approach to showing us cars that would meet our list of required items. It was clear that Jerry knew the facts and figures about the cars he sold and he was able to find us the car we were looking for at a price we could afford. Most importantly, World Toyota was able to meet our required items and put us in a new 2020 Camry at that price. Also, Jerry personally helped prepare the car for pickup to allow us to leave the next morning for North Carolina. He has stayed in-touch with us over the past week continuing the Toyota support making sure we are satisfied with the car.

Had an amazing experience today with the service of my car. Chris was a great service representative and took care of everything I needed including ordering me a Lyft to and from my house. When I needed 4 new tires I hesitated over the price. Chris literally pulled up a browser and helped me comparison shop online to make sure I was getting a fair price. Great communication throughout the whole process. I'm in the market for a new car and probably going to look at another Toyota now.

Let me start by saying I got a car from this dealership back in March. Someone hit me and it was totaled out. I called Roderiquic once I was in the market for a new car and he took very good care of me. Roderiquic and the Finance Manager Ramon found me a monthly payment that I can afford, a down payment that wouldn t break the bank, and a car that I absolutely love!!!! I really appreciate their help so much even when I seemed impatient Ramon would remind me to be patient and showed me that he had my best interest in mind. Go see them!!!

I will say though that usually the person I m working with is super bubbly and personable, but today the guy that I was with wasn t. Avoid this dealership. We were intentionally misled into trying to sign up for extra warranty protection "at no additional cost" which we had already declined, something that if we had not been careful we would have paid over $5000 more over the life of the loan. You will see this as consistent feedback in the finance reviews. Buyer beware! Also, despite buying a new car, they didn't have 2 keys for it, and we wasted more time in having us come back only to find that the only person that can do the keys didn't show up, and still only have one.

I just bought a 2019 used car with manufacture warranty for my 17 year old son, with all safety futures because that was our major concern as parents. Our small daughter 15 will be in that car too since both will attend the same School.

The people were nice. However, any responsible Car Dealer shall place SAFETY first and WORLD TOYOTA did not.

They actually lied to us ( myself and my son )
The car is defective, it has a major safety issue in the wheel.

I trusted them when they were telling me all was great and that there was no reason, no need, to print the inspection report I had requested twice during the buying process.

The same day after bringing the car home ( exited for our son) he showed the car to his mother who noticed a very strange noise in
the wheel. I immediately went outside and
yes she was right.

We have World Toyota the opportunity to correct the situation because we thought hey, it could happen. Well wrong again ..... they could not take the car across the street to the Hyundai dealer because it was so hard for them that I decided to go myself today and forget about giving them any more chances.

Si NO SAFE CARS and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today Hyundai told me the car had two recalls and they were supposed to have them done by law before selling it and they did not ( and these are in addition to the wheel issue ). They gave me an appointment to bring the car because it would take them some time to have it fix.

Great unnecessary ordeal for a family buying an almost new car just because some people did not do their jobs correctly or perhaps it is just the wrong Dealer all together ? I guess we will never know. Shame on them !!!

My husband and I purchased a Toyota Prius on 4/29 from Roy Samuel. The experience at World Toyota was amazing. Roy approached us right when we pulled up, listened to what we were interested in, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the whole process. There was not one time during the evening that I felt uncomfortable with the purchase I was about to make. It felt very seamless and almost like we were part of the family. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership and Roy Samuel to my friends and family.
