Came to fix some problems with the car with an app...

Came to fix some problems with the car with an appointment at 12:30. Waited for a while to at least get a time estimate. At 2:00 I had enough waiting as I hadn t heard from anyone and tried to get to the bottom of the situation. Turns out nobody had even started working on the car. How did this happen? Somehow it was nobody s fault. Interesting. Wish the workers would take some responsibility and work efficiently or at least fess up to slacking. It took another hour for me to get out of there. At least they started working on it after I complained, but that shouldn t be necessary.
Not to mention that I had come the day earlier and there was the biggest line of cars. My appointment meant nothing since systems were down . It took me half an hour to find out that people with 9 AM appointments were still there (it was noon) so of course I left. There should be a supervisor making sure people are working. Not sure how this can happen
