My service experience today at world Toyota was top notch. I went in for a 25k mike check up and was out in about 45 minutes. My service technician Matthew was great and kept me informed of everything they did on my vehicle. He was honest didn t try to upsell me on anything I didn t need.

I bought a slightly used 2016 Toyota Tacoma today. This is hands down the best dealer experience I've ever had. No games, no deception, no slight of hand or monkeying with the numbers. All around great service, when the car was getting the recalls taken care of, he offered to give me a free loaner car and there is a shuttle that took me back to the dealership. Great experience. Car took an hour longer than the estimate, but I was given a free oil change as compensation. My car was clean after the service and I was given a solid run down of all of the maintenance done. Definitely recommend!
I went to purchase two vehicles. One for my wife and one for my second eldest son they were running specials unfortunately we couldn't agree on $60 being the deciding factor on doing the deal on Two New Vehicles... Therefore we couldn't do the deal. But I would like to say the young man that helped us out was very professional. His name was Jarell thumbs up buddy keep up the good work.. I'd also like to add Milton there sales Manager tried BUT to Sale Two New Vehicle's at the end of the Month I definitely wouldn't have let JUST $ 60 Stop a Two New Vehicle Sale any day of the year !

I have driven two different vehicles since I was 16 years old (I am now 29.5 yrs. old), both being the same make and model (Toyota 4Runners--2000 and 2010). With that said, I've always used Toyota dealerships only to service my vehicles since the reliability is greater than just using a speedy oil change type of business/service. In addition, I've mainly used 2 dealerships for these services when I lived back in my hometown or near there. However, I recently moved to ATL and obviously needed to find a local Toyota dealership to take care of these same services and/or any problems that might arise. World Toyota is by far the absolute best dealership of the total 3 I've used for maintenance and services alike. From the receptionist to the technician to the service advisor, I cannot list one negative thing about this business. All employees that I came into contact with were more than willing to answer any questions I had and/or ensure that my experience was none other than the absolute best. In addition, all of this took place without feeling that salesman "pressure" and what not. Services were recommended not "pushed" and heavily influenced by any of the employees. The ultimate decision was truly left up to me, the customer, all while gaining insightful tips and recommendations from the staff. Even the shuttle driver was phenomenal and extremely polite. Also, in particular, I'd like to personally recognize Alen for his sincere dedication to his work and ensuring that I was highly satisfied when I left. Overall, I couldn't have had a better experience than what I had my very first time visiting this dealership. Kudos to all of the staff in all areas of this place!! Terrific customer service. From point A to Z. THANK YOU, guys, so very much for all of your hard and dedicated work!!! Highly recommended!!!
My car had break issues so I took it to World Toyota by chamblee. Daniell took care of my car...he even had me drive the car to hear the noise I was referring to in order to communicate it to the engineers. The whole process didn t take long. I m glad I went to World Toyota.
I made an appointment for recall work. After leaving vehicle, I was told the part was not available but would be the next day. I left my vehicle. The next day, I was told the part is not available. I picked up my vehicle. Two weeks later I got a call that the part was in. I made another appointment and took my vehicle in. The work was completed in a timely manner, but after being told my vehicle was ready and arriving at the dealer to pick it up, I had to wait 20-30 minutes before an advisor worked with me and found my vehicle so I could get it.
Great experience! The new waiting area is very nice, though a little tight. The free Chick-fil-A and coffee was a nice touch. :)
Easy setting up my appointment online. Was greeted quickly when I drove up to the service line. Discussed what I wanted and needed. It didn't take to long for my service. There was a lounge near the service department and awaiting area in the dealership if I preferred. I enjoy my experience each time I come.
I had a great experience at world of Toyota. I had priviously taken my car to Thornton road Toyota and need less to say I won't take it there again. The customer survive at world of Toyota was great, the manager went out of his way to help assist us.
Pricing is comparable to most dealerships. Service is good. Waiting lounge has decent WiFi and coffee.
I found the service safe, courteous, thorough and done in a timely manner. Everyone wore masks and they had provided benches and picnic tables to allow people access to outside ventilation. My car was in and out in the time period predicted. Shane was very competent and ensured I was satisfied with the service.
I have Used World Toyota for an oil change and once for major repairs. I find The check in process ridiculous- I had An appointment once but had to wait for 8 cars to get checked in... so unfortunately just drove off.
I had major work done today and the process went better. Overall I don t Go there unless I have to. I prefer Marietta Toyota all around- they have much better customer service***, comfort while waiting for service, and explanation of services and even their shuttle service to the office or Home.
I needed a new car battery and Daniel has been very helpful and accomodating in dealing with the issue. Would highly recommend.

I didn't feel like this was any other dealer ship Roy Samuel cared about what i was there for and did everything he could to accommodate me. The whole feel of the dealership was comfortable and i didn't feel like i was pushed to buy anything. I am glad i made the decision to go with world Toyota the customer service is great and the prices even better.

Outstanding Service, Allen who assisted me said he would get the car back to me in an hour to do an entire 27 point inspection. I wanted to have my Toyota Camry looked at for a trip I am taking next week to be sure it was safe. Well, in about 50minutes the entire 27 point inspection was completed and my car was ready.

1st time at World Toyota. Great experience having Korunn as my Service Agent...personable, helpful, customer oriented, updating with progress reports. Appreciated the time she spent with me going over everything. And I was very grateful for the complimentary car wash for a pretty dirty car that had bird and tree debris all over it very thorough and our car looked great! We understand they went the second mile in washing it twice! I was impressed with the fresh, clean look of the service center. I received oil change service at this dealership yesterday, and my experience wasn't a good one.
1. I had to get my billed price changed because it was different from what we agreed on. I showed a email coupon offering $19.95 for synthetic oil but was charged $29.95. Another manager assisted me when I checked out and he had to change it to $19.95 after he himself checking the same coupon.
2. I didn't see if the depth of break pads measured and recorded on the service records (which I believe is part of the multi-point check). I asked about it and was told that I would get it via email - it has been a day and haven't gotten any such communication.
3. My seat wasn't covered with a plastic wrap or any of the parts seemed to have been wiped. Not sure if the dealership employees properly followed the COVID-19 safety measures. I drove back with all my windows open and a mask on because I DID NOT feel safe at all.
Overall, my experience wasn't a good one. I took my car to take advantage of a great deal - 19.95 for synthetic oil change, but I would pay extra 20 dollars and get an oil change service at another place.

Cons - I was there for a free oil change due to the service dept.'s errors from a previous visit. This visit was no better. Two different mileages were put on my paperwork and my car window sticker - neither
matched my actual mileage. Instead of doing a new multipoint inspection, the old one was sent to me. 4 of the items, including purchasing 4 new tires/alignment had just been done 2 wks prior! Yet the report status still said "FAIL" and included an estimate. They also sd I needed a service that was recently completed by a diff. Toyota dlrship. That dlrship was able to show/prove to me that they did do the service.

I have been a customer of World Toyota for over 30 years and have always brought my cars From them. The purpose of this post is to not only give a testimonial to their excellent service but to give a shout out to retired service rep, Jerry Bearden. Because of him, I grew to trust World Toyota and to count on their honesty and fair practices. Jerry has always been top notch in his professionally, customer service, advice, efficiency and just plain excellent people skills. I knew I could count on the best advice when I talked to Jerry and would only deal with him when I took my car in for serving. I will miss him terribly and hope that the standards that he displayed daily will continue with World Toyota.
ChrisTerrell was great in a situation that due to the cost could have been difficult.
He is a professional and clearly of significant value to Toyota and its client base.

Friendly service. It was my first time there. I showed up without and appointment and they worked me in. It wasn't super quick but I had work to do in their lounge so it worked out perfectly. I would go there again. Bring your laptop and make the most of your time there :)

NOT HAPPY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WORLD TOYOTA. I have been a loyal World Toyota customer for many years but not anymore. Took my 2007 Toyota Tundra for an oil change and fuel maintenance service. Also, needed them to look at the front lights as they had repaired them six months prior. I was told my truck was ready for pickup but there was a problem with the lights. So I met with my service advisor Tony Nguyen. He told me that the service department would not repair the lights because the bulb came out to the socket. Funny thing is that the lights worked before I dropped it off, but it would flicker and not stay on. Apparently, the service tech removed the bulb and couldn't get it out. I said WHAT? And they told me that they were not going to get it out. After a LOT of complaining they removed the bulb but would not fix or repair the damage that they had caused. The service manager John Pitera refused to meet with me and refused to fix the problem. I also asked for the general manager to call me and I never got that call. So with that, I say DO NOT take your vehicle to World Toyota for anything. If they won't fix this small item you can imagine what they will do if there is a major problem. The other funny thing is on all my previous services, I would get a follow-up service survey about the service I received. I did not get that call to review my service experience. This is why they keep their great ratings on all the social media sites. Very poor customer care.
THE GENERAL MANAGER - Mark Capozza RESPONDED A FEW DAYS LATER SAYING TO CONTACT HIM AND HE WOULD RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. 6 DAYS LATER AND HE NEVER HAS CALLED ME BACK. I BELIEVE THEY JUST DO THIS TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE RESOLVING THEIR PROBLEMS. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER CARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.

My review is for 1 star but my sales rep Amber gets five. The finance department decided to add a thousand dollar charge to my loan without telling me for one year of tire and wheel protection. Turns out they only patch the tires and do not replace. They sold me a car that needed an oil change as soon as I drove it off the lot and a nail in my back right tire. I scheduled an appointment three days in advance to get the patch. They told me it would ve done in an hour and a half. Two hours later I went back and they hadn t even looked at it yet. I found out I can cancel the service, so I am doing just that. If you get Tan Nguyen as your finance advisor ask for someone else or read everything in detail because you may end up in my shoes. Very displeased with everything regarding my experience except my sales rep.

I did not like this place for rhe reason that when I took my truck, they did not fix it as they said they would fix it. They changed the camera when not needed and they diaconnected the sensors.
Went to the dealership walked around the lot and wasn t asked for help for an hour. Salesman looked directly at me and didn t want to assist me so I went to Rick Hendricks Sandy Springs Toyota and they helped as soon as I got out the car. The service department is under construction but everyone was going out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My service advisor, Tony, was great and my technician saved me $200 to replace a leaky tire that he was able to repair when 2 previous attempts had failed. Great experience.

Took my car in for a recall fix. Trash was left in my car, everything from the middle console was pulled out and sitting on the passenger seat, and my car was left unlocked sitting in the parking lot.
Came in for a oil change and felt rushed when I asked for a detail job to be done. Nevertheless they did the oil change and gave me my paper work without wash or vacuum.

I ordinarily use Thornton Rd Toyota for repair work because I bought my Prius there, but the vehicle suffered a CHECK HYBRID SYSTEM failure in Buckhead, so, I had it towed to World Toyota. What a pleasant surprise. A polite & friendly woman named Stephanie had her repair team perform $2200 worth of upgrades at no charge me. I am as happy about that as I was disappointed with Thornton Rd Toyota for failing to notify me that critical service updates were due. Oops. That's a good news/ bad news statement isn't

Shady service department. John Pitera is rude & incompetent. BEWARE WHEN BUYING TIRES AS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A LABOR FEE IF YOU HAVE A DEFECTIVE TIRE. We had a tire replaced recently after only havOmg for right at 2 months & WERE NEVER told initially that we d have to pay taxes + labor fee. Eric I m the service department was just as unfriendly. PITERA IS APPALLING & I m sure IF he s married his wife isn t pleased with him. COULDN T be!!!

The World Toyota, Atlanta service department space was new and clean. The Representative, Glen Knoxx was horrible. He was impolite, lacked knowledge, and lacked acceptable customer service. He should return to Toyota customer service training. However, if he is the new face of Toyota Motors customer care, Toyota USA is on the decline.

Maybe I just came on a bad day, but even though I had an appointment for my 5,000 mile service, it took OVER AN HOUR for them to just check me in!!! I had to sit in my car that entire time, and that was on a "slow day" (weekday afternoon). I had assumed (wrongly) that since I was just dropping my car off and not actually waiting there, I could just leave it, hand someone the keys, and head home. But nope. I had to wait, and my friend, who was going to drive me home, also had to wait, until they could 'check me in'. I finally checked in and went home, frustrated that I had to wait so long for a maintenance that didn't even include an oil change. But at least I would get a free carwash out of the deal, right? Nope again. When I came back in the evening to pick it up, it was out in the parking lot, just as dirty as when I left it. So I called to ask about the carwash and they told me I was supposed to ask for that when I checked in. Of course, how was I supposed to know this? The person checking me in never said anything about that. Needless to say, I am not returning to World Toyota for my service. I just took my car to Atlanta Toyota for my 10,000 mile service and it was a night and day difference. In fact, everything -- check in, service, and check out -- took an hour. And there was no confusion about the free carwash.
I was hesitant to come in due to Covid19 social distancing but my car was overdue for oil change so I decided to take care of it. The office marked the lines where to stand to keep safe distance from service rep & had benches to wait outside. They also had a great deal on tires for my car that really needed replacing. So, I was able to take care of that as well. I m very glad I decided to take care of my needs in spite of this uncertain time.
All I needed today was new wiper blades. I was surprised how quick I was in and out this morning. The service guy and others were friendly. Good feeling. Thanks World Toyota.
