There was a hiccup with most of my service visits....

There was a hiccup with most of my service visits. For example... Once they failed to tell me when my car was finished being serviced and I ve unnecessarily waited an extra hour (my service technician disappeared and nobody could find him). When I came in with tire pressure control light on, they pumped more air into my tires instead of diagnosing punctured tire with nail. When I got service on Sunday, i couldn t pay with cash because they had no cashier scheduled and supposedly couldn t give me change back.
