I had a really bad experience buying an Explorer two years ago from this dealership. I swore I would never deal with them again. My daughter is needing a new F150 to drive to college this upcoming fall. I stopped in to simply look at selection and options, with intent on buying elsewhere. I was greeted on the lot, while looking, by Stanley I (can t spell last name). I told him what I was planning on doing, and he simply made a request to earn our business back. He is an incredibly courteous and professional sales rep, and one Ford should be proud of. it took me almost a month to get everything put together. Most reps would call you three times a week, and bother you, but he simply called one time to ask if he could provide any more information. Bottom line, we bought a new truck from him Saturday. He is now the only one that I ll deal with in all of Ford. We have bought 12 new Ford vehicles across seven different states. He is one of the best I have ever worked with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Brian Williams, office next door, is my new #2. Highly recommend both for fantastic customer service. Well done gentlemen. Well done
