Scheduled service for multiple recalls on my vehicle. The soonest they could schedule me was "4 months out for recalls". So here it is the day of service and I bring my car in at 8am. I also had a doctor's appointment at the VA, I have a Rx to pickup in Madison then drop off in Huntsville, and a 130 appointment on the Arsenal. I made the lady working here aware that I have things that must get done today and she said they wouldn't have my car long and I could just wait but the shuttle will bring me to my appointment. It's now 430pm and they haven't even started working on my vehicle I don't have a Rx that is necessary and can't get it until Monday now. When I called 2 different people asked if I could pick it up the following day - Unfortunately I have a funeral to attended in Tuscaloosa tomorrow morning and have to have my vehicle. So I waited 4 months for this appointment and they did no work on my vehicle after being in their possession for an entire day.

My advice is drive to Lynn Layton Ford in Decatur. I called them and they are going to fix the recalls next week - not to mention they aren't rude like the woman Danielle Russell at Woody Anderson.
