It would be a better experience if while you were waiting for over an hour the service lead would review past service and make recommendation instead of waiting for the vehicle to be moved into the service bay before they make recommendations. They do a lot of things that take too much time. For example this past trip I waited 1.5 hours before they had my truck in the service bay, so I went truck shopping on the lot. I got a call about a recommended coolant flush based on age and mileage. Why couldn't he had done that during the first 1.5 hours. The previous visit they recommended a transmission flush based on mileage. I had to remind them that I had already completed that service. I do like the quick lane, but they could make it a lot quicker. If they want 5 stars then it need to really become the quick lane.
