I purchased a brand new 2014 Toyota Rav4 XLE in March of 2014 at the Woburn, MA Toyota dealership. After trying many different cars, I continued to feel strongly about buying another Toyota since I had Toyotas previously. This past week, my stereo/navigation/bluetooth head unit stopped working when I started my car up one day. At first I thought it was reloading or updating, but then it would go dark and repeat the fake reloading cycle over and over. I immediately read up online and tried to fix it. However, my hopes faded more when I saw all of the reviews written about people having this issue with their new Toyotas. It seemed that not only a lot of people are having this problem, Toyota is not offering any help.

Regardless, I made an appt with the same dealer I bought it from in hopes that my experience will be different. Not only did they tell me that they would have to replace the whole unit which would cost about $2-3K, they also attempted to charge me $70 dollars for servicing despite me being very clear up front that I would like to be informed before they did anything that would potentially cost me. The only positive was the very honest and attentive representative I dealt with. She did a really great job.

To summarize: 4 year old Rav4 that cost about $30,000 that now I ride around in silence, using my Iphone for directions, and needing to take hands off the wheel to make any phone calls. Then, dealership tries to get $70 despite a customer who appropriately made it clear they wanted to be informed if anything the tech did was going to cost them. An hour and a half waiting for them to just start the car and stare at the dashboard. No need to open the hood or jack the car up.

I will never buy Toyota again and have informed my sister of all of these issues since she was planning on leasing a Toyota from that same dealership.

I'm a daughter of a carpenter and teacher who worked hard through nursing school and now working even harder as an ER nurse in Boston. I was very proud of my Rav4 and even prouder to have finally paid it off last week. I'm writing this review because there are lots of other hardworking people like me who should not have to pay thousands of dollars for a 4 year old radio. Car maintenance and upkeep is expected, but this, as well as the way I was treated at the dealership, is unacceptable.

UPDATE: After about a month and multiple phone calls I received an apology from both Toyota and the dealership as well as a new radio/head unit replaced. Thank you Toyota for making this right. My advice to other people, call Toyota up directly if you want to get anywhere and expect to go back and forth for awhile as well as make it known to the leaders of the dealership. Thank you again.

Horrible Experience. I bought a car from Woburn Toyota dealer 10 months back. Due to the heat the sound system touch got spoiled. I visited the dealer to get the sound system fixed as it is covered in the warranty but the dealer instead said that it was our mistake and the repair cost would be nearly $1300. Later I called Toyota and told them the issue I was facing. Toyota reviewed my case and said that the Dealer should be able to fix this as it is covered. They ensured that the dealer would give me a call next day before noon, but I have not heard from both of them.

tl;dr Purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla LE at Woburn Toyota. Very satisfied with the overall experience, service, and price.

We got pretty good price quote for Corolla LE online via email and decided to visit the store. Since we saw pretty good reviews of salesperson Mr. Gabriel Zorrilla so we requested to talk with him. Turns out it was a pretty wise decision. Gab patiently and proficiently introduced us specifications of Corolla LE and Corolla LE with a premium package and let us have a test drive. My wife really likes the Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) feature included in the premium package so we decided to go with it. Spent time with Gab and his manager negotiating price and got a pretty good one. Had a good experience of finishing paperwork, making payment, and picking up the new car. A guy from the delivery team, Brian, gave me a thorough tutorial and a few tips of using the new car. Overall, we are very satisfied with the overall experience, service, and price. Five stars to Woburn Toyota!

As a costumer from that deal I didn't feel satisfied with the service, I ask to fix a annoying noise in the front suspension and after wait more than 1 hour the front desk guy told that they wasnt able to find anything wrong and if the noise became strong to return. I bought my Toyota Camry Hybrid less than 2 years ago. Also I always do the pre scheduled maintenance in the same dealer. I'm not sure if they do what they need to do when I dropped my car there.

Worst costumer services!!! i went there for my appointment and that was at 5:15 o'clock. I dropped my car and one of the guy came to take the key and told me go to upstair to sit down and when your car is ready we gonna call you . I went to upstairs and waited for 2 hrs but no one called me so i decided to go to desk to ask for my car service . the guy told me that you did not check in so your car is not ready so I couldnot make it today . I will do for you tomorrow and i came back but i was really really dissatisfied from the service. Once again thank you so much Woubrun Toyota for providing me golden opportunity for waiting 2 hours and get nothing!!

After asking 3 times if the car I was interested in was available, I was told it was. I call again before taking the 1 hour and 40 minute drive. When I arrive I was told the car was damage by a tractor trailor!!! But quickly had a pen and paper to show me an estimate of a more expensive vehicle. Really poor service to lie to get me there . I stormed out! Wasting my time, gas and it was heavily raining. But they lost nothing, on to the next.

I will start off by saying Woburn Toyota is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle. I was searching for a used Acura RDX online, and saw advertised on Autolist that Woburn Toyota had one in their inventory that may fit within our budget. I initiated an online trade in appraisal for my Honda Odyssey and was contacted shortly after. I spoke with Jackie, who was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about our inquire and she set up an appointment for me. I arrived and was greeted instantly when I pulled into the parking lot. The staff member advised us where to park for our appointment. We noticed the RDX was already parked in a spot outside, took a peek at it, and we walked in. Which is a big bonus for me, I hate looking at a car on a dealers lot and sales people hunt you down. Once we walked in, my wife and I were greeted by a staff member and we advised we had an appointment to look at the RDX. He introduced us to Ernest. Ernest was extremely helpful and showed us the vehicle he brought out for us earlier. He was very knowledgeable, and was not your average "buy this car now because of so and so", type of sales guy. He was very relaxed, he acknowledged some of my findings in regards to the vehicle, he knew I had researched this vehicle and didn't poke out the many bells and whistles like most sales guys do. We then took it out for a test drive. After the test drive we talked numbers, and the entire time I felt comfortable being honest with Ernest. He was a very relaxed sales person, very honest with me as well, this was definitely not your average stressful number talk. Mind you I was very pushy on getting to a certain price point, and Ernest dealt with the transaction very professionally and we ended up making a deal. I was greeted by the Sales manager afterwards and was even giving a free oil change when the time comes. I believe his name was Jeremy, I apologize if I'm incorrect it was a long day at work prior. We are practically neighbors which is a funny coincidence, we talked about our trade in appraisal and I am very happy with the deal he came up with, which is a first in my lifetime of car shopping for me, for once I don't feel like I was cheated. Overall Woburn Toyota will be my go to place from now on when I need a new or used vehicle. They have a great selection of used and new vehicles, and I encountered no one with an attitude, I don't understand some of the other reviewers, I've seen more customers than staff, this place was booming when we arrived, and it was all handled quickly, efficiently, and friendly. I will definitely be back again.

If you are nostalgic for the cliche, greasy & pushy used car sales experience of the past, then this is the dealership for you! Drove 1.5 hours to meet with Nunzio to look at a specific vehicle they had listed online. Was met at the door by the obsequious "Ricky" who claimed that he would get Nunzio, and then proceeded to set up the test drive himself. Once we got back the desperate "Ricky" met us and the high pressure tactics and cliches began. Car was owned by a nice older couple; the accident posted on the car fax was from a scrape the customer put on it while shoveling last winter. Agressively pushed us to commit to purchasing that vehicle today. Left us alone for 15 minutes while he went to speak with his manager to get us the best price he could. Came back even more desperate to make the deal. After we explained MULTIPLE times that no matter what price he comes back with, we wanted a day to think on it, he became argumentative and remarkably unpleasant. Not only did his behavior and sales tactics lose him the sale (we actually liked the car) but we refuse to set foot back inside the dealership.

I worked with Victor Chaves at Woburn Toyota who was exceptional in his expertise, knowledge, patient in clarifying information for me or any misunderstandings or lack of clarity I may have had. He s incredibly kind with a really pleasant personality, just the type of sales person that I appreciate! I can t say enough good things about him. I wish for all Toyota s customers to have such an incredibly positive experience leasing or purchasing a car through someone like Victor Chaves!! A 5+ star employee!!! Guys who ever has got money and wanted to donate, you better do it consciously otherwise dealers like these w'd grab all your money with out your knowledge and will give you a product that can be bought for a much cheaper price any where else. I made my mistake of life in 2014 when I purchased a Camry and I'm still going through the pain. I'm still trying to cover up the losses and I got hit so bad that it went to circles. Besides that the manger and the sales people who work there are ridiculous and their true colors are displayed in High Definition when the purchase is over and you happen to visit the dealer at a later point for any concerns/questions/service etc. Never ever go to this dealer, neither for purchase nor for sales. Never!!!!

UPDATE: Manager responded to my review asking me to contact him to try to get my issues resolved. Emailed them and got no response, its all smoke and mirrors to give the appearance that they care about customers.

I brought a car here last week and it have been an incredibly frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this place to family and friends, I would suggest saving yourself a headache and shopping elsewhere.

I traded in my car and transferred over all of my belongings in the evening around 7pm, I accidentally left a sentimental photo given to me in the old car. I called the dealer first thing in the morning so that the picture would not be thrown out and I can arrange to get it back to me. I called my salesman twice, texted him, called the front desk twice, left a voicemail at the sales department, and had someone tell me that they would go and personally take care of it. I did not hear anything until the end of the day so I decided to call again. Got transferred to sales where the phone rang for 2 minutes until someone hung up, called again to be told by someone that they just went to the old car and its too late, everything had been thrown out. Unbelievable that this happened in the first place after someone told me that they would make sure to get it before it was trashed.

Told me they would send me my registration in the mail. A week goes by and nothing, I call around to my insurance and to the dealer where I got transferred to finance. 2 minutes of ringing until someone hung up on me again. I finally reach someone and they tell me that they have the registration and that it was never mailed out so I have to go pick it up in person. No one called to tell me that they had it sitting on their desk this whole time and I had to take time off of work to get it.

They don't care for customer's cars. I ended up with a shoe scuff on the interior door panel and a scratch on the inside of the windshield on a brand new car.

They attached my front license plate with 1 screw and stripped the head

He approached us in a very respectful and professional manner and the purchasing process went on without a hitch! My wife and I were interested in viewing a few different trucks they had in stock and decided on a brand new Tundra. Troy was very helpful when it came to locating the perfect vehicle for us and even stayed after hours to make sure the rest of the purchasing process went well before sending us home in our new truck! You can tell when a sales person is on your side and wants to make sure you are happy with the vehicle and Troy was that and more. I would highly recommend coming here as the facility itself is pristine, and during times like this, cleanliness and great service are the keys to success. Disgusted by Sales people at this dealership. They basically told me not to come in unless I was going to buy a vehicle today. I am planning on buying a Rav 4 during the next few weeks, but like many people would like to do some homework without being beaten into submission. At this dealer its Quantity over Quality. 2 weeks ago on a Saturday I bought a pre owned car from Wally the sales manager. i took delivery of the car on Wednesday - 4 days later . My only requests were to have the windshield replaced because it had a rock chip ( Wally and his salesperson said of course by law we have to change it ) and alignment, tire balance and couple of scratches.When I picked up the car the salesperson was nowhere to be found and 3 of the things weren t done. Later he texted me and said the place is busy I couldn t get them done in 4 days . Its a great car you can change the windshield its free in Mass and I ordered touch-up paint for you so you can get rid of the scratches and town fair tire can do alignment for $45 I will write you a check from Woburn Toyota. Really bad customer service at this dealer and still no answer from Sales person

Having moved a few times in the last few years, I've been served by a number of different Toyota dealerships. Have to say this one was the worst experience I have ever had. The service advisor was very rude and impatient. I had the distinct impression that he was trying to push services on me. I had told him a few times that I had purchased the extended service plan and yet he did not offer to see if any of the services were covered. When I picked up the car, I spoke to another service advisor who I insisted should call the warranty folks to see if the service was covered. Turns out it was. If I had not kept pushing, I would have paid close to $500 extra for services that were already covered by the extended warranty. For a better experience, I recommend Ira Toyota in Danvers, just about 10 miles away.

I needed a new car and my husband came along merely because he's tall and sometimes has trouble fitting in cars. The gaggle of salespeople watched me emerge from the driver's seat of our old car and approach them. One walked towards us, ignored me entirely to step around me and greet my husband with a firm handshake and direct eye contact. My husband redirected the salesperson to the real purchaser - me - and the salesperson didn't skip a beat. He beamed a demeaning smile at me, changed his voice to baby-talk, and asked me what color I want, then without waiting for my response (an icy glare) chuckled at his own wit and returned his attention to my husband, again ignoring me.

This salesman never really looked at me when I spoke. I always had to talk to either the back of his head or he might glance over his shoulder to say something. He also tried to push us at other style vehicles that did not fit our clearly stated main criteria ( 40+ mpg).

I recently purchased a pre owned 2014 Toyota Camry from the pre-owned sales operation. The salesman I dealt with, Scott Hoffman told me on the first day I met him. "don't worry, I'll find your daughter the car you want at a great price".. He really did. Awesome car at a great price and a very good price on my trade. His managers Jeremy Kelly and Jim Prince took great care of me. All three went out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction. They took care of a couple of minor things with the car as they said they would. We had a problem with the title that was not their fault and they cleared that up. Thanks to you too Reidar for helping with this issue as well!
Not to mention, Steve Sokoloff in Finance got me the best rate...even better than my Credit Union. Awesome group that I will be going to for my next car purchase as well...Thanks for a great car service and deal!!

This is surely a busy dealer. I have to wait long time to process all the paper work, simply because there are many purchases on the same day. The sales representative Victor and his manager are both quite helpful. We go through all the possible comparisons, and pin pointed the final car we purchased. The experience on the next day to pick up the car is much easier. The car is well prepared and presented by the staff. Surely we will come back for more service. I would recommend this dealer for future Toyota buyers.

Not a fan. They have a huge, new facility and it's in the weirdest spot, awful access from the road, and very narrow, poorly marked driving lanes. They have a cafe inside, but it was closed when I was there. I was shown a vehicle in their parking garage, and the cars were so squeezed together I could barely even get in the car. They didn't have what we really wanted to look at, but offered to go get it if we wanted to wait 20 minutes.
I would say that overall i didn't care one bit for this facility, and if i was in the market for a Toyota I'd try someplace else. Between the siting of the facility, and the way it was run, it comes across as unprofessional.

I've been leasing cars from Woburn Toyota for years (pretty sure I'm currently in my 6 or 7th lease. Robert Fahey is just awesome! Robert is comprehensive yet has made the process simple, straight to the point and pleasant!! I HATED the car dealership experience before Robert, it was so consumptive of my time and just a horrible process ... There is no more dread when a lease is ending ... all I have to worry about is knowing what I want next. My significant other now has a lease through Robert and I've sent many others to see him as well (some leasing / some buying). If you want a Toyota you HAVE to go see Robert ... you won't be disappointed! Tell him Lisa sent you :)

My boyfriend and I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla from Robert Fahey and had a great experience with him. We initially contacted him via email which led to an in-person visit. He understood our needs and helped us get the best deal possible.

He even went above and beyond. When we went to pick up our new car, we realized that the automatic car started hadn't been installed (this was an oversight but not on Robert's part). Robert came a few days later to our house and took our car back to the dealership to get things sorted out. We didn't have to lift a finger other than to hand him the keys.

I would recommend contacting Robert Fahey if you're looking to buy from this dealership - he was great to work with.

Our sales consultant, Ralph-Jean Noel, was incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting with the purchase of a certified used car on the dealership's website. I recommend him very highly as a straightforward and honest salesman. He helped get access to the car we were interested in, arrange the test drive, and have the trade-in value of my old Toyota assessed quickly when we arrived, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. My family and I purchased the car that day, but are still waiting for the title to come through from the previous dealership. According to his call to me today, it should be in hand within the week. I'm trusting Ralph and Woburn Toyota will have me behind the wheel of my 2018 Toyota very soon!

I would strongly advise against leasing from here as I have had an incredibly frustrating experience renewing my lease at Toyota. There has been more than once where an Toyota employee set me up with an appointment and I showed up only to be turned away because of miscommunication among departments. When I signed my lease I was not able to take the car home because the car elevator was broken and when I showed up the next day I waited over an hour to finally receive my car. In that time I had to approach the greeters desk to ask about it and one of the greeters (as I began talking) stood up and went to greet a woman with her dog instead. I was told by my sales rep that my registration was all set and I would be able to get my inspection sticker and had made an appointment only to be told nothing was ready. My insurance company also noted how this situation was atypical and was taking a lot longer and was a lot more of a headache than it usually is. I do not plan on leasing from Toyota after my current lease ends. I missed a lot of work due to the miscommunications on Toyota's end. Overall I have been very unhappy with this process. I said how long does it take to change it. They said fours hours. But We have a coupon for $100. So you will pay $500. I paid and went home. My husband & I knew we wanted a used Jeep Grand Cherokee but we were on a limited budget. We met with Mark Hickey who let us take the Jeep we wanted out for a test drive & fell in love with it but it was slightly out of our price range. Mark went out of his way to come up with different payment options & down payments to get us a price that worked for us. He was very knowledgable, easy to talk to & listened to our concerns as this was our first big purchase. Mark gave us his cell phone number & told us not to hesitate with any questions or concerns. After I brought the Jeep home Mark called the next day to see how I liked the Jeep. I told him it felt funny on the highway when I braked & he set up an appointment at the service center at my earliest convenience. I would absolutely refer friends & family to Mark.

After 4 years of servicing my Toyota 4Runner at Woburn Toyota, I visited the dealership yesterday seeking to look at a few pre-owned Toyota Camrys that I have been looking at on the website.

After emailing with the sales staff to confirm that my top three 2014 Camry models would be available to test drive, unfortunately when I arrived at the dealership, only 1 Camry could be located. With the help of sales associate, we drove to 3 different lots in Wilmington to try to locate the other 2 Camrys. After spending an hour in the rain walking through lots and going into the repair shop, we found one of the 2014 Camrys in the middle of a lot boxed in by other vehicles without keys in it.

With a new family at home, my time is precious and my experience last night was a massive waste of time.
