Some of the worst service I have ever received. I called to make an appointment to test drive a particular vehicle. I received an email confirming the appointment. When I arrived, nobody knew about it. First, they told me the car must have been sold then tried to sell me a car costing $5000 more. Finally, they located the car. It was in a lot they own in another town. I waited an hour for them to get it. All in all, I went in, ready to buy this car and it took 4 hours to get it done. Finally, the car was delivered without my warranty paperwork. I emailed the sales person 3 times with no response. When I called, the salesperson said it was "in the mail". Still not having received it, I left 3 voicemails for two of the sales managers 5 days ago. Still haven't heard from anyone. This has been going on for 6 weeks and NOBODY, including management will return my call or email. Stay away from this place!
