I brought my toyota sienna in for an oil change. They told me that my spark plugs needed to be changed. As I know nothing about cars, I said ok and asked them how much. They quoted me $600. I said how long does it take to change it. They said fours hours. But We have a coupon for $100. So you will pay $500. I paid and went home. My friend told me that is unheard off and asked me to call another one for a price check. Two toyota dealers I called quoted me $249 before coupons..
