As a costumer from that deal I didn't feel satisfied with the service, I ask to fix a annoying noise in the front suspension and after wait more than 1 hour the front desk guy told that they wasnt able to find anything wrong and if the noise became strong to return. I bought my Toyota Camry Hybrid less than 2 years ago. Also I always do the pre scheduled maintenance in the same dealer. I'm not sure if they do what they need to do when I dropped my car there.
