I would strongly advise against leasing from here as I have had an incredibly frustrating experience renewing my lease at Toyota. There has been more than once where an Toyota employee set me up with an appointment and I showed up only to be turned away because of miscommunication among departments. When I signed my lease I was not able to take the car home because the car elevator was broken and when I showed up the next day I waited over an hour to finally receive my car. In that time I had to approach the greeters desk to ask about it and one of the greeters (as I began talking) stood up and went to greet a woman with her dog instead. I was told by my sales rep that my registration was all set and I would be able to get my inspection sticker and had made an appointment only to be told nothing was ready. My insurance company also noted how this situation was atypical and was taking a lot longer and was a lot more of a headache than it usually is. I do not plan on leasing from Toyota after my current lease ends. I missed a lot of work due to the miscommunications on Toyota's end. Overall I have been very unhappy with this process. It was a shame considering the first time I leased with them I had not experience these problems. Please work on your in house communication and training new staff.
