At this dealer its Quantity over Quality. 2 weeks ago on a Saturday I bought a pre owned car from Wally the sales manager. i took delivery of the car on Wednesday - 4 days later . My only requests were to have the windshield replaced because it had a rock chip ( Wally and his salesperson said of course by law we have to change it ) and alignment, tire balance and couple of scratches.When I picked up the car the salesperson was nowhere to be found and 3 of the things weren t done. Later he texted me and said the place is busy I couldn t get them done in 4 days . Its a great car you can change the windshield its free in Mass and I ordered touch-up paint for you so you can get rid of the scratches and town fair tire can do alignment for $45 I will write you a check from Woburn Toyota. Really bad customer service at this dealer and still no answer from Sales person
