With the rain on Sunday, 1 of my windows was leaking. I called Monday morning. Hector came out on Tuesday & located the problem. The caulking had cracked. He recaulked the window for me even though the warranty on the caulk was over.

Meet the standard qualifications for there standard doors ! Our measurements were for a 96 yr old home that had to have special measurements that don t exist in today s housing market ! So I m happy with the advice to have a Carpenter make our door since Windows & Doors can not help us ! They were very honest with us & didn't make us a door that wouldn't fit properly! I would recommend this company to everyone who needs their advice!

The service did take some time, however the install itself was fast.
I want to say about 1 1/2 hrs
However, initially when I called, I was told I was not eligible for the deal "buy one get one with dinner on us" per their TV ad.
I was contacted a couple weeks later and turned out they could complete the window install?
However, I don't think, they gave me the buy one get one deal because: they don't break down the cost of each window, nor did I get the gift card for dinner.
When I contacted the company I was told they would check into it and call me back, never did!
I eventually called back and was told the "buy one get one" window cost was spread out over the cost of the 3 windows and I would receive the gift card eventually with a time frame of two months.
I am sad to say I would not get windows with them again

I have been working with WindowWorks, Inc for a number of years. I have had a great experience as of late dealing with the production manager Karen Oberoi. She has answered my questions, dealt with my attitude to disown the company and made me feel like I was the most important customer in the process. She could have did anything but what she has done and I am so glad that I was put in touch with her more than anything. I sing the praises of WindowWorks and TigerBath because of Karen. Karen is a special person and the company is so lucky to have her. Keep up the outstanding work Karen.

The storm door installation was perfect! And so fast! I highly recommend MyWindowWorks!

Paul was the best tech ever. Personally plus and was able to rectify my issue. Highly recommend him and if I ever have another issue I will request him. He is highly skilled in his profession.

The sales person said he was one of the owners and his wife Nancy died ?
He said they knew how to deal w associations but they never sent the association a color sample and thus, wrong color. They would not fix it and blamed me and the association.
Window works custom service are blood suckers and one of them also works 4 tiger direct. Do not let them in ur house no matter what.

Window Works was very honest and professional from beginning to end. No surprises, everything went exactly as expected, and the results were phenomenal. We had a very tricky large picture window that isn't made anymore, and the creative solution that was designed ended up working out perfectly! Couldn't be happier.

Michelle handled our installation from beginning to end without a hitch. She was able to take care of the HOA and city permit. Super simple and got a great deal.

We are very pleased with the exceptional workmanship and customer service. With window works We have been working with sue Scott A very friendly and knowledgeable customer service person. I requested a different type of lock for our front door after it was installed. They generously offered free installation for the new lock set thank you again sue for your kindness and patience. Your company is outstanding !

The windows are beautiful, our house looks amazing, and the guys who put in the windows were excellent! My only Reason for not providing 5 stars is I wish they would have came back and painted the trim around our sliding door and touched up the window paint. The installers were awesome and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside on the day of. The salesmen who sold us the windows over promised and under delivered. He told us they were going to touch up paint where needed. When the company called us to see how it went, they said it wasn t in the contract so they wouldn t honor it. It feels like after spending so much money on putting new windows in our entire house, they should follow through on what they said.

I'll share the good and bad of our experience with Window Works. First the good. Our experience with our salesman David Sandoval, installers Effrim and Dave, and finisher/ painter David Phillips (apparently there are a lot of Dave's working for Window Works) as great. All were top notch professionals and our door installation went seamlessly. If the whole process was just dealing with the "nuts and bolts" guys, all would've been perfect.

Now the bad. We ordered our door September 1st and were told it would be 8 to 10 weeks. During that time, I was expecting more updates than I had recieved. I got a call in November that the door had come in but installation wouldn't happen until December because the door had to go through quality control and that no installation dates were available until December. Ok. I get that quality control issue but a whole month? The service rep was short with me. An install date was set. Just before the install happened, I was called and told the door failed quality control and the install would happen two weeks later. I had to question if the door failed, how could they promise to get the door back in two weeks when it took three months to come in. The customer service rep at the time did not know the circumstance of the failure but she did get back to me several days later to inform me that it was a hardware issue. The door installation happened yesterday, the 28th of December, seventeen weeks after we purchased the door. Again, installation was seamless.... except that we requested the door be keyed alike with our front door and that wasn't the case even though it was written into the contract. They had the key code and photo of the lock so, again, another misstep. I've called customer service and spoke with Sam today and of all the service reps I've spoken to, she was probably the best and most receptive. Right now, I'm hoping that they can change the tumblers in the lock to match my other doors. I'm hoping Window Works will compensate us for our time and frustration with the whole situation but we haven't been offered any recompense as of yet. Long and short of it, install and finishing was great and gets five stars but the customer service aspect is lacking.

We have hired Window Works for the second time, this round included the replacement of a sliding patio door and a double bedroom window. The price was right, the time frame promised was on target as well.

The installers, INCREDIBLE!!! Mike & Paul were courteous, prompt, & very professional. They covered all the walk way areas prior to install, they cleaned everything, I mean EVERYTHING when completed. Not a spec of dust around the windows. The trim was custom made, very beautiful.

Can't say enough good things about about the company and the installers. VERY happy with our purchase!

Window Works did a fantastic job from start to finish. Being an insurance agent I am constantly looking for companies to refer to my customers in the event they need work in specific areas. Until now I did not have a window company that I was referring and that has now changed. I would confidently refer Window Works to any/all of my network and customers. Not only are the windows guaranteed for life but you also get (3) free broken window replacements during that time as well. From storms to golf balls to throwing inanimate objects when the Bears lose, I found comfort in knowing that I don't have to worry about a few minor instances and that Window Works has my back. Great Job!

The windows seem great but the sales appointment was 3hrs long. And then the price was 2-3 times greater than what we had been quoted by others. Sure, this does seem like a superior window and the warranties are great. However, from the house walk through and multiple hours talking to me the salesman should have picked up that we were not going to be on the same planet in terms of pricing and kept things shorter. If this was the only home improvement project I was doing and if I had a spare $45k lying around maybe i'd pick this window. However, if i'm spending that much i'd hope to get a better window than vinyl.

Your two Polish people did a fine job installing the picture window. Moreover, they remembered to sweep up the mess after they had completed their task.

I found all the staff very helpful in explaining things to me, and answering all my questions. Yesenia Macias was especially friendly and patient with me as I changed my schedule around a few times. Great company to work with!

The installers were amazing. Ron and Jose installed the shower and kept me informed every step of the way. We did encounter an issue with the plumbing. They informed me of the issue and worked diligently to resolve the issue. While communicating with Samantha they got a plumber out that day. The next day the plumber was able to fix the issue and Ron and Jose were able to continue. The shower looks beautiful.
Samantha continued to keep me up to date as well and move up my extended bathroom install by 4 days. Angel and his partner (I'm sorry I'm drawing a blank on his name) were amazing as well. They worked very well together and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. My bathroom looks Great. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a bathroom remodel.

Experienced, professional, and courteous from my first contact to the final window installation was my experience with Window Works. The value and quality are 5-star all the way. The installers were right on time and did their job in a highly professional manner leaving me with beautiful new windows - and not a speck of materials or mess behind. Outstanding experience from start to finish, even though our project only required a custom-sized storm door. Company responded by phone to my initial online inquiry within minutes (yes, minutes), responder was friendly and knowledgeable, in-home appt was easy to set up, sales rep was excellent, status updates throughout were thorough and timely, and installer was a pro. On top of that, another rep showed up during install to make sure everything was going well.

No, no, no, no, no... WORST experience ever! I do not know how they even have anything close to a decent rating with the BBB. The representative (salesman) who originally came to our home to give us some information on their products, started out with a price of almost $7,000 for a single, front door! Somehow, after feeling like I was buying a car (pushing a piece of paper back and forth across the table with lower and lower numbers on it...) the price came out to about $3,000; how they can decrease by such a significant amount makes me feel like I was getting ripped off from the get-go and he was just trying to see how much I would be willing to pay. It took THREE months for an installation date to be scheduled. I never heard from anyone confirming the appointment. I called a few days prior to the scheduled installation date to confirm the appointment and was told that the appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. and I would be the first appointment of the day. Well, the installation date came and the installation time came and went. I called the office again and was told... Oh, no. He won't be there at 8 a.m. He'll be there at 1 p.m. Ok......... Thanks for letting me know. Well, 1 p.m. came and went as well. I called back and was told "that department" that handles the scheduling has left for the day. I advised that I needed to speak to someone, ANYONE as I was waiting idly by for an installer that I knew in my gut was not going to show. Finally, I was able to speak to someone in the elusive 'scheduling department.' She told me that the installer was running behind and could be at our house at 3:00 p.m. I advised that I didn't understand how he could be "running behind" as I was told we were the first appointment of the day. I asked to cancel the order and was told the manager would call me back to confirm. I have not heard back from a manager. When I called and asked to speak with one, I was told that they weren't at their desk. I left a message and have not received a call back. OBVIOUSLY, I will be using a different company and IMPLORE everyone else reading this review to do the same. If you like high pressured sales tactics, no-show installers, unresponsive managers... Then this is the company for you. Otherwise, I would have been completely and utterly happier, had we simply tacked a piece of cardboard to the front of our house and called it a day opposed to trying to purchase a door from this company. RUN AWAY. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY.

Love my new windows, can tell a difference in my bills too! Would recommend to anyone. The sales rep was great and Samantha helped me along with my project as well and answered any questions that I had.

We had a replacement front door installed, and couldn't be more satisfied. The door is absolutely beautiful and we've gotten multiple compliments on it. Admittedly, it was a bit higher priced than some other estimates we got, but in my opinion, the quality and level of service were entirely worth it. From the initial consultation to the installation, everything went smoothly and every person we dealt with was great.

Installation went well and got a good financing from Window Works.

Lauren was really friendly and helpful in the beginning to get us set up for an appointment.
Mike E. Representative came out to go over what windows we were looking at and took some measurements. He was very nice, outgoing, funny and a real pleasure to work with. We hit it off right off the bat. And he was very knowledgeable in the product and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The price was perfect. Now on to getting them installed in a few weeks... Will update review then. So far we are very happy!

Paul, the tech came out to make an adjustment and went way beyond my expectations as did Dionna in the office. A great company to work with.

Install went smoothly, everything looks good and functions properly. The end result is what I expected and they did quality work. I was given an install date of 11/1 and the salesperson assured me that there would be no issues just because the warehouse is two states away in Ohio. They called me on the afternoon of 10/31 (the day before), to let me know my windows weren't coming in and they didn't know when it would be. Eventually it was installed in early December, 5 weeks later. But it is what it is, they overpromised and underdelivered on the install date. I also thought the sales tactics were a little slimy, but price was competitive and end result is that I am satisfied with the product.

This is our second time using this company, I would highly recommend them!There work is done in a timely matter & done perfectly!

Horrible customer service!!

I purchased my patio doors in May, it s October and I still don t have my full product.
They canceled my installation appointments multiple times and claimed that they haven t received the costum made Materials to finish the project . I can assure you that I have the most basic patio doors and this is very disappointing that I have to wait 5+ months for an installation.

Awful experience! Never doing any business with windowworks ever again and will never refer this company to anyone.

We had 10 windows replaced by Window Works. They were reasonably priced, quality windows, and the customer service was excellent! Michele Ortega followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase. After installation I realized I could not get half of the windows out for cleaning. Contacting Michele, she set up a follow up visit where the gentleman fixed each problem very professionally. After this, she again contacted me to double check with us which I very much appreciated! We will use Window Works again in the future should a need arise!

Window works installed Windows siding and Doors 3 years ago. Great product great service. I had a sticky door and a few seals on my storm doors that needed fixed Paul come out last week and did a good job fixing both of them. I recommended window Works to my friends

We got off to a rocky start since the sliding door we ordered from Window Works was shorter than the old door. Rather than build at the top of the door to maintain the level at the floor, the initial installers built the door up at the bottom. This was not acceptable since everyone using the door tripped on the high threshold. Since this happened in the Fall and we had an exceptionally cold winter, we didn't want to leave the house open to the elements.

I talked to Michelle at Window Works who was always courteous and helpful. Some inspectors from Window Works came out here who agreed the door had not been installed correctly. When the weather got warmer this Spring, the door was installed properly, and the installers went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the install.

After I cleaned the glass on the door, I noticed marks on the glass that looked like they were between the double panes of glass on the door. Again, I called to talk to Michelle to describe the problem. She told me everything was guaranteed and should be perfect. She had an inspector come here who determined the glass was defective. An appointment was made to replace the glass in the door.

I'm sure we had more problems than most in this installation, but Michelle and Window Works supported us all the way. We are now so happy with our new door and so glad that we chose Window Works to do the project. This is one company that stands behind their products and work 100%.

I had 4 windows and a patio door replaced a few weeks ago. A week later I was having a problem with the latch on the right side of my kitchen window. I call Window Works and spoke with Michelle, who tried to talk me through the problem. I wasn t able to get it to work so she set up an appointment for a technician to come and look at it. Ty, the technician came and resolved the issue in less than a minute. I felt bad he had to come all the way out to spend so little time. He was very polite and courteous and assured me it wasn t a problem. Thank you Michelle and Ty for great customer service.

One of our screens had a problem and I called in for service. They sent out a team that rescreened the window and took care of the problem right away. Great guys, great job, thanks again.

I have used this company before and were happy with them. The first time we replaced 4 windows on the first floor and saw a big difference, partly because anything that was newer was going to make a world of difference. But with that being said I started to replace one window before contacting them that I bought from the local home improvement store, and window works windows blew that one window out of the water and that was why we decided to replace 11 windows upstairs. The old windows we had would heat the upstairs so much that it was hard to sleep. The new windows they had put in made a HUGE difference. Michele Ortega from the concierge department was fantastic and helped me through out the process. I am super happy with this company and the workers who installed them. There was only two of them because of this crazy pandemic we are in but they finished in like 6.5 hours and did a fantastic job. You won't be disappointed.

The window installation was great and quick. The negative is the sales pitch to get the cost of the windows. The sales person was very nice and easy to talk too, but was at the house for over 3 hrs! The sales discussion took as long as the window installation. We were told to allow an hour and a half to 2 hrs - but 3 hrs?

It was more of an explanatory, question and answer session. And for that I chose to use Window Works to install 8 windows in my house! If you re on the fence about getting windows, don t shop around, give them a call and let them do what they do best; windows!!

The salesman Carlos was very friendly, professional, and helpful with building the perfect bath. The customer reps and installers were great as well, they went thru the step by step process to the finished product. The installers let us know when they needed the water shut off, when they were ready to put in the shelves and grab bar to find out where to put them, and cleaned everything up asking us to see the finished product and if we were happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them for your next renovation.

The installation was done for eight windows with no garbage left behind in one day. The work outstanding and very professional workers, I definitely recommend Window Works and Tiger Bath . I had both of my bathrooms replaced, both my front door and rear sliding doors and all 16 windows of my house done by Window Works I kept using them because they are trustworthy, courteous and helpful.

My windows have been installed for in August so waiting to see winter heating bill results.
So far I'm impressed with the quality and look of the final product. They dramatically improved the look of my home! There were a couple of customer service problems but they were corrected promptly. Overall I would highly recommend.

Whitney Johnson was very nice over the phone and she was able to get me an appointment scheduled sooner than what I was expecting. I hope the sales person is as nice as her.

Cassandra ladles things well and i got the appoint time i was looking for. we will see what happens next with the visit. she was very professional and upbeat. i have a feeling of a high pressure sales pitches. that does not work with me.

Dave was definitely on time and replaced window. He also replaced a screen that had been damaged. Michele was my contact at WindowWorks and notified me when the repairman would arrive and then followed up with a phone all to me asking if the repair had been complete. Both Dave and Michele were professional and polite.

Very responsive and polite customer service. I recall an Autumn I spoke with. She was a bubbly, vivacious young woman and she took my breath away. She was so helpful and kind. I can t wait for Install day.

Michele assisted my dad in making the appointment for his storm door painting. She made the process easy to schedule and answered all my questions. James was the tech who did a great job with the painting. He was on time and courteous. I would recommend them and this company to anyone.

Hector came to fix the lock on my sliding glass door. He was professional and friendly. Knew what he was doing. Fixed the door and had me make sure it worked to my satisfaction before he left Very satisfied with the service and warranty on the door.

I drafts in all windows including balcony door. Dave Phillips adjusted the door and windows added draft pads and caulking where needed. He was nice answered my questions explained why there was drafts very professional and friendly. Thanks Dave

The locking mechanism on my new patio door failed to work one night as I checked to make sure all doors were locked at bedtime. Because it was late I went to the WindowWorks webpage and initiated a chat with a very nice and helpful man named Ben. He told me he would send my request to the proper person. I called 1st thing in the am and left a messsage which was returned by 2 different people. The repair service man was named Paul and he was there promptly, was pleasant and professional and had my door fixed in a few minutes. Thank you Michelle, Dustin, and Paul for understanding that I was anxious about a door that wouldn t lock and worked together to get it fixed ASAP. Also thanks to Ben who I chatted with and began getting someone at my home first thing the next morning.

We were very impressed we had the father son team. I have never felt so comfortable having service men in my home. Very polite and neat cleaned up after themselves even if I told them I would vacuum myself. The Windows are great and we really love the way they look and how much they have changed the appearance of our rooms. Also took time to explain what they were doing and why. Highly recommend window works.
