Continue to have nothing but praise for this company. Had a couple windows that would not latch correctly. Called WW and spoke to Michele who accommodated my schedule and got David out to my house within a couple days. David quickly assessed the situation and was able to resolve within a couple minutes. I have recommended WW to everyone I know who is thinking of replacing their windows. I will say it again, if you go with anyone else, you are getting ripped off!!

Initial phone contact with Alexis at WindowWorks was positive, and courteous. I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow for an estimate on replacement patio doors. It was nice to get an appointment so soon and at the time of day that worked best for me. Will follow up with future review if I use their service. So this rating is for customer service by phone for now.
Do Not Trust Window Works they are a company that Does Phone Harassment to the point I have had to call the police. I have Blocked there numbers. And they still keep calling. I even called the headquarters for window works I was put on hold by the receptionist after I asked 7 times to talk to you the manager supervisor and I was told there was that a supervisor available to discuss this problem
Paul was outstanding! Everything was put back in its place and I could significantly tell that I was no longer losing heat from the window where he repaired the insulation. Cleaned up quickly and extremely personable & professional!
Top quality windows and service! Paul and Ty are amazing, and went above and beyond what was needed. Not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their product.
My initial experience was less than perfect ... however... I worked with KASEY and she was absolutely amazing. She jumped through hoops to make sure everything was done perfectly. She is AWESOME !!!
While this is a very good company to purchase windows, I had to give 4 1/2 stars and I ll explain. During installation the installers damaged 1 of the window screens. They never said anything about it. Also they gave me a demonstration on only one of the windows which worked and looked just fine. At that time I was OK with that due to the coronavirus, I really didn t want them hanging around in my home any longer since they had been there for quite some time. I noticed the screen was cut that night after attempting to close the windows in the living room for they were the only windows that were open. I called window Works and left a message and they got back with me promptly to have the problem corrected. Prior to the repairman coming out I notice a couple other things. I noticed that one of the windows material has a bend or dip in it. Also there s a small tear in one of the other screens . At this point and with the coronavirus going on it s just too much for me to be bothered with. I just didn t want the in and out of my home. However I am still satisfied with the overall project and will definitely recommend and use Window Works again.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Camry . I expressed to her that price was the main reason that i did not go with their company during the first visit. Very understanding young lady. She then suggested that i get a project manger to stop back out to re-evaluate my windows. I am very happy to say that when he came out he was able to make the project affordable for me and i think this might be the company i sign with. Home improvement is not an easy job but thanks to window-works my job is easier.
I had a fantastic experience today with WindowWorks. The Service Manager (Hector) came out to replace a broken window spring. He then took proactive action and replaced the spring on the other side of the window. Hector noticed a broken window lock latch and replaced it. I then asked him to take a look at my door that WindowWorks installed a couple of years ago. The door had a gap at the bottom which was allowing air to come in. He said he would be happy to adjust it. Hector is not only an excellent Service Manager, he is also a great company ambassador. The Customer Service representative ( Michele) was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about the issue I was experiencing. She called me back the same day I had originally called in to tell me the parts to repair my window were on order. When they received the parts Michele called me and worked me into their schedule within two days. She called me back the same day day the window was repaired and asked if I was satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend WindowWorks to anyone in the market for windows or doors. Great product - Great service - Great people.
It was a long, hard, frustrating, anxiety ridden road. It took well over a year to get it right! But I will give them credit for their exceptional service and repeated efforts to make it right. The salesman I worked with was no where to be found after the papers were signed. I m still so disappointed with how different things were from what I was told on the sales call. He told us what we wanted to hear but I don t believe he knew what he was talking about. And he didn t get the install or service team on the same page. They had to reinstall everything twice because of the sales groups miscommunication and lack of understanding. His ignorance further led to windows that sagged, over and over again they sagged. So 16 months later Paul and Hector made what should be the final visit with properly reinforced sashes. Really wide windows that had been sagging, should retain their shape now. Again, the sales guy assured me they were reinforced when they re this wide but they weren t. The Poor service group had to try and make them work time and time again before they were finally able to get new shashes made that were reinforced. (Like the sales guy told us they would be). It s a great service team and the company does stand behind their work, just be sure to get anything the sales people say in plain English on the contract so there are no missconceptions. If he tells you that something is done or built a certain way, get it in writing, there s a good chance he doesn t know what he s talking about. I m sure it isn t their whole sales group, but the guy I worked with cost me 16 months of anxiety and frustration. If it weren t for the good work of guys like Paul and Hector and all the help and coordination from Michele in the office, I don t Think this would have turned out well.

Great experience with Window Works. The concierge service was responsive and kept me up to date on the progress of my order and installation. The installation guys were amazing. When installing the windows, they stopped and double checked with my on the casing, because the color on the work order just didn't look right when they started installing it on the first window. After looking at the color pallet again, we came up with a better solution that matched our home much better. This saved me from disappointment and wasted time. They could have easily installed what they were directed to install based on the work order and shrugged their shoulders when I complained, but instead, they consulted with me during the install to make it right. Overall very pleased with the outcome.
The sales representative Rob Chmura really knew his stuff. We talked about all the front door features and what we wanted. No high pressure sales. He showed us options that we were looking for and explained the features and other options. He explained the install process and what was going to be done . The installation team was great. They showed up on time. Remeasured the door to make sure everything was correct. It only took about an hour and a half to complete the job. They were very professional and clean. They triple checked the install of the door to make sure it was perfect. Then they cleaned the area vacuuming and wiping the area down. The door looks great.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic that s taking place. We had to postpone our project. We had a briefing with Julie and she totally understood our concerns and answered all of our questions.
This entire experience would not have been possible had it not been for Michelle who guided us thru the entire time scheduling appointments measurements to installation.She is a 10 in our book.Don and Mary Verdon
Very happy, start to finish! Installers were excellent! Job went smoothly. And windows are working just as promised. My air conditioning doesn't even kick on until late afternoon! On these 90 degree days! Would highly recommend.
Autumn was extremely helpful at answering all my questions about my project and making me aware of everything I needed to know. She made me feel confident in the installation and I am so happy with the work that s been completed.
I called to set up an appointment for an estimate on replacing one broken thermo pane window. I was on the phone for 7 minutes answering questions ..IE: is it a house,apt,condo etc..who owns it you and who else is on the title...we need 90 minutes for the estimate...make ur wife is home too they need to talk to her too..they asked what is the window made of I said GLASS....then I told them nevermind ! Too many questions glad I didn't give them my phone number !
Paul and Hector are the absolute best. They came out as promised and did the work as promised and in a timely and clean fashion! Hard to come by good honest work with contractors these days but Paul and Hector cut perfect 45's for my quarter-round, insulated my windows perfect, and sealed everything wonderfully. I have another handful of windows that need to be done in my new house and no one other than Paul or Hector will put them in!!!
I was very happy with Dave today .came to take care of all the staining problems and found another issue with my windows and did not hesitate to take care of that problem. Thank you very much
