Horrible customer service!!

Horrible customer service!!

I purchased my patio doors in May, it s October and I still don t have my full product.
They canceled my installation appointments multiple times and claimed that they haven t received the costum made Materials to finish the project . I can assure you that I have the most basic patio doors and this is very disappointing that I have to wait 5+ months for an installation.

Awful experience! Never doing any business with windowworks ever again and will never refer this company to anyone.
