Thanks to Dave and Michele for assisting with our caulking issue. Window Works has been a great company in terms of sending people out to look at issues with their product / installation.

Had a 3 panel patio door installed in '14 and requested some additional caulking that didn't happen during installation and they came out 2x since. Good response although the caulking should have happened originally.

I just called and received a quick appointment to get a quote on windows. SO far, so good. I am hoping for good quality and a low price. We'll see....

Used WindowWorks for window replacemnt and follow-up repair, and have been extremely pleased with the company and Travis William's in particular. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a window replacement.

I had a rocky start with Window Works, first the delay in install and once they finally arrived some of my windows were defeated. I was just ready to cancel my order until I spoke to Karen she really did do everything she promised. Thanks to her we are happy with the finished product. I will definitely be referring Window Works to my friends and family.

The repair guy (Paul) was very knowledgeable and repairs done quickly.

I wasn t very happy withthe installer who did a mediocre job but Michelle was amazing. She made sure the problem was fixed and was very helpful

Michele O. has always been helpful. We had some issues with our product, but all issues were taken care of. Michele always kept us informed about the process as the issue was being resolved. Not satisfied with the service of this company at all. I had an appointment scheduled for 6 pm on 10/17/18 and I get a call 23 minutes before 6 telling me that the person doing the consult would not make it out today. Now, I left work early to be here on time for the appointment. This seems like a very unprofessional practice. Appropriate notice of at least 2 hours should have been provided.

Our WindowWorks tech Paul was very prompt, courteous and fixed our small problem quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the quality of windows.

I am surprised at so many positive reviews. Window works has been to my house a few times. First time to quote windows (which we purchased) and the second time to quote doors. The sales process is a scam. They absolutely give you a price and then come down considerably after you say no. The 2nd time they came out to quote two doors, they quoted us $16k! Then he came back with all these discounts. I asked why we didn't get those discounts when we purchased the windows. Needless to say, I did not purchase the doors. The windows have been an issue from the beginning. When you open them, the top sash falls every time. I've told WW this many times (because they constantly call you to attempt to sell more products). They sent somebody out to adjust them one time and said its the best they can do. Every time we close the windows, we have to push the top up as well. On windy days, you can feel the draft coming through pretty heavily. Very displeased with the quality here, considering how much we paid. Amazingly they stopped calling me after I was told they could not adjust my windows any better...

Hector came to fix air infiltration problem. He went above and beyond what was expected. Very friendly and professional.
My experience with Ashley was also a pleasure. Assured me that if I had any further questions or concerns that she was available to help in any way possible.

i have had the recent pleasure in working with Gina Casale the production manager for Window Works. I understand the pressure of her job and yet Gina is understanding of the possibilities of what can happen at any given moment.
Gina wants the same thing i do which is to the customer happy. Without it being said i know that the customer comes first with Gina and that matters and makes a difference. Trust me!
I may be the vendor in this case, but the kindness i have received working with Gina goes along way with any relationship even a working one.

I have worked with Sandy Grahn for several years. She is both knowledgeable and accurate in her input of entry and security doors. Sandy is very pleasant and helpful with any questions I might have with a order. I wish I had more people like Sandy to work with. She is great!

We purchased windows, a new front door system, and a sliding glass door for our porch.

Every part of working with Window Works was awesome. The sales team was very helpful in ironing out the details and explaing the options on our products. They even helped us in modifying the position of our front door knob height so that we could keep our existing storm door.

The installation team was top notch. Very polite and respectful of our home as they worked. They took the time to double and triple check their work and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

In the Concierge department we were helped by Michele. She was great, 5-star service from her. She had an answer for everything and kept us up to date on the project each week, even through the COVID lockdown. Michele gave us comfort in knowing what the status of our project was at at all times.

I would highly recommend Window Works to anyone who is considering them. The price is great for the quality that we got. The financing options help too. If we need new windows in the future, we will definitely be going back.

Best decision we have made, quality workmanship and product, we interviewed three window companies, window works was so worth our time, highly recommend, our contact person Michele walked up through the project and has followed up wonderfully. If you want the very best, WinDow Works and Michele are for you.

We had our windows done in Spring 2018 after a very drafty few winters in our house. The difference these have made has been incredible! No more drafts, very easy to clean, and the ability to lock them while open is pretty slick, too.

We did have an issue with our locks lately, but WindowWorks were able to come out in less than a week and help us out. It was a small issue that was on operator (us) error. We were opening and closing with the top of the windows instead of the handle. Whoops.

Very good service. Awesome windows. Saves on heating/cooling the house by a ton. Highly recommend.

Travis did a tremendous job in coordinating, ordering and ensuring that the installation of our Windows went well. His service from start to finish was excellent.

Window Works replaced our existing french-style patio door with a sliding door with built-in mini blinds. They were professional and courteous. After installation, we noticed two small defects in the product, however, Michele and Dave worked with us to make sure that the affected pieces were repaired in a timely manner. Would definitely use again and recommend.

WindowWorks was great to work with from first meet (Tom) to working through building code issues with us (Julie) to the very efficient installation team. We love our new windows and are already noticing a huge difference in efficiency.

Professional sales and installation teams. Concierge services throughout the process to answer all questions you have and provide status of activity. I would highly recommend. Finished product is beautiful. Having these new windows has already provided a quieter home because it is well sealed. No more drafts. Hardware invisible and has nice lock near bottom base of window for the casement windows. For my village, Window Works managed the detail of getting the permit which is included in their price quotes. Quotes I received from other window companies did not include management of the work permit and was told I had to do it. Which by the way did not lower their quote compared to the ease of service from Window Works from start to finish. I will definitely being doing business again with them when I get new doors.

Window works provides excellent customer service from the sales process, to installation, and repairs. Dave came out and fixed a minor issue I had with my door and the follow up by Dionna was great. I value the hands on treatment they give.

I had a sliding glass door put in to replace a custom French door set up that was falling apart. Window works had the best price out of 5 other local companies and when it was time for installation they had it complete in a couple of hours. I will also be getting a pretty nice tax credit for having them install energy efficient product. The crew that was sent out for my project was very courteous and attention to detail oriented. Some time here in the future I will be adding an addition to my house and plan on bringing back window works to install all the doors and windows.

Felt forced to sign the contract, then gave me the run around with installation dates. Paid for the wood around the windows to be replaced, half way through the job I caught the installer putting the windows over rotted wood, and when I mentioned this to him, he acted like he didn t know what to do so he had to run to Home Depot to get the materials needed. And made it obvious that he was not happy to have to reinstall the windows that where done already. poor quality windows even though I paid $5,500 for five windows. I expected so much more for the money I paid. I m in the industry, and only went with a company for warranty . Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was shopping for windows for my home. I went to Home Advisor and before I could walk away from my computer, I received a call from Micheal Moenkemier with Window Works. I knew I needed windows but had no idea how to shop for them. I had so many questions. Michael was very knowledgeable, he made it very easy for me. He was pleasant to talk to and very patient. Once we figured out what my needs were, he scheduled for a person to come measure and give me a quote. I will be purchasing my windows from Window Works!! The windows make my home look much better. I hear much less noise from outside since the windows have been installed. Also before installation, I could hardly feel the central air, now its too cool in the rooms. The staff is so nice and accommodating, Samantha answered every question I had and catered to every request I made.

Customer service, especially my experience with Dionna, has been very fast and reliable.

Dominik was very professional and friendly. Gave us tons of information but never felt pushy. We ordered windows for the entire house to be installed feb 2019 so will try to update this after that. Dominik gave us an amazing price with a lifetime warranty.

Paul did a great job. He basically replaced the storm door as it was not properly installed last October. There is a night and day difference in the way the door works now. Thanks Paul!

I first dealt with Michelle Ortega on the phone. She was very helpful and was able to answer my questions regarding the windows I was having put in. She also worked with me on an installation date that fit my vacation week so I didn't have to miss work.
The guy came on time, and did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. The windows look and work great, keeping the heat out with the gasses between the panes of glass.
Finally I got another follow up call from Michelle Ortega again to see how I liked the job.

Amazing Salesmen experience, great guy, funny and knowledgeable. I know... I know... he's a sales-guy, but the difference was that he kept things real and into perspective. He had humility, where he was down to earth and provided the details we needed when asked specific questions. Compared to other estimates, Window Works offered more features into their windows (gases, vinyl), and the price was still competitive with other options we had without some of the perks. Installation was great!

Buying a home that is well over 100 years old, can make the buyer nervous when it comes to making decisions on windows. I worked with Mike Cook of Window Works, and he was amazing. He understood how much my vintage, wood windows meant to me. He offered many energy efficient window solutions and helped me make the best possible choice for my home. He made my window project painless and within my budget. The concierge department was excellent as well. They were extremely efficient and made sure I understood all the details of the project.

I wish to express my extreme pleasure with my overall Window Works experience! I had three windows installed here in my coach home.

James was a great sales guy and a Cub fan, which really helped his cause! He was not hard sell, rather he let the product sell itself to me which I really appreciated! He really took the time to explain everything thoroughly! He asked me what got him the sale. The insulation was probably the number one selling point for me, as my home is an end unit that faces a brisk Northeast wind at times and it can get pretty cold in in my bedroom during the winter months!
Also, during these trying times, the fact that James and the CEO worked with me on cost was truly great as well! I thank you guys for that!

My concierge Dionna was top notch and very professional during the whole process! She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. I liked the fact that she followed up with me to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. That truly goes a long way! Condo associations are not always easy to deal with and I have to say that everything went flawlessly!

Lastly, Peter my installer was fantastic! Quiet guy who came here early and got to business and had everything done as quickly and professionally as possible with a minimal amount of stress and did a great job cleaning up everything after he was finished! He worked his tail off, especially when removing and replacing all the old outside trim! That was hard work, as he had to pry it all off with a crow bar!

I would truly recommend Window Works to anyone. They stand behind their product! Great overall experience in dealing with them from top to bottom! Quality windows and value along with an excellent and transferable guarantee, should I ever go to sell my place. How could you not like that?

Two years ago we had WW install a new front door and all new windows on the front of our house. The house is old, roughly 1904, so the door became a little "off" and we asked WW to come fix it, they did and did a great job, much appreciated! Now we have ordered new doors for the rest of the house and new bedroom windows, happy customers here because of good value for the money, great quality products and great service. Vova was our service person, he was outstanding, and Michele Ortega set up the service and followed up after, which is all very much appreciated.

First let me say that we had our windows done a few years ago and we had awnings prior to the installation of our new windows. And this year we decided to remove the awnings so we called Window Works again to ensure that our warranty didn't void out from the previous install. I had a great Team...Michele, who gracefully organized all the appointments and paperwork from the beginning to the end; Hector & Vovo were the primary workers however they did have a little assistance from Dave in the beginning of the project. When I say they did an AMAZING JOB I mean it, they exceeded our expectations! They removed the awnings and recapped our windows with perfection. They listened to our concerns and ensured us that it would look like new. I could go on and on about the level of service and perfection but I won't but I can tell you that this type of service confirms who will receive the next home improvement call. After they finished, my neighbor thought I had just had new windows installed they looked so good. The professionalism and the quality of work means a lot when you're spending money on your home improvement projects. We're so happy with the work they did yesterday that we are already planning our next project.

Ordered a beautiful frond door in August. Door was installed the day before thanksgiving. Installer was 4 hours late, Did not have any clear caulk to caulk around the door, there was an issue with the door handle which I actually fixed in 60 seconds after they left, the door does not close properly and gets stuck. I took a level and measured and discovered that there is a .25 inch difference from top to bottom of door frame which I believe is part of the reason the door does not close properly. I also notice the sidelight is crooked and does not run parallel to rest of the door. I was told I'd get a call back from a manager, still have not. I called and left a message for a manager again. Still waiting. I would give zero stars for customer service, but gave at least 1 star based on the quality of the door. Poor installation. You would expect better after spending over $10k.

All Good. Window Works does what they say they will do and in a timely manner. Always professional.

We had the first (17) windows installed last year on our 3 story home in 2019.

We then decided to have the remaining
(21) windows installed (mid August) of this year 2020 and chose to use Window Works once again.

Michele Ortega our Service Rep. was wonderful to work with, very professional and followed up-
before, during and after the install to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with our beautiful new windows!!

The service crew that came out to install our windows did a fantastic job!!!

As I mentioned before, we have a 3 story home and they were able to install all 21 windows in ONE day, when we were told it might possibly take 2 days.

The 3 crew members were professional, friendly and when the job was complete they cleaned up every bit of mess (inside & out) as if they were never even there.

Window works was great and provided us with a beautiful door. Our installer noticed that a piece of casing was too short and decided it should be reordered and reinstalled. Michele worked to remedy this and an over charge and a door that was ordered wrong but still delivered on time. We love our new front entryway! Customer service was really great.

We had an Entry Door replaced by Window Works 7 years ago and now 12 windows replaced in the back of our home that we use as a toy room for our grandchildren. Rob Chmura came out and recommended a casement style to give us more light and make the room more comfortable. We are so happy that we took his advise. The Windows look great and we are now able to use the room all year round regardless of the weather outside. We recommend Window Works to everyone!

Michelle was very responsive in resolving small issues that occurred after initial installation. Men who did the work were all very professional.

Casey, in the service department said a person named Volbo??? would be my technician for an inspection for a water leak. I KNEW it was the roof not the windows. Window Works was great our new windows and doors were all installed on the date promised. we needed a few touchups and they were prompt about coming up everytime we called. Great experience overall.

The salesman was nice- that was about it. Corporate has been less than pleasant to deal with. I called our installation day- last Monday complaining that the installer showed up at 10 not the 12-2 window given. The installer was 1 guy. To install 2 windows on the second floor. My husband save him from dropping the window. He also held his ladder in 90 degree heat. He said the installer was nice- but one guy?
I called a week ago for resolution and was told they would call my husband. Never did. Since then yellow foam has formed in our window sill. My husband had a heck of a time getting it off. Sadly husband had to do so much work after we paid so much.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Overpriced for the quality work they deliver. Go to Lowe s or Home Depot.

The whole process in dealing with Window Works was easy and transparent. From the initial consult/sales meeting to getting our patio door replaced and installed was quick, easy and affordable. The staff are professional, personable and fun to talk to. Installers know their stuff and do a great job. Management follow up was after the install and later in the day. Customer service also followed up within a week to see how we liked the door. A great experience all around. Easy to do business with. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

We had windows installed 3 weeks ago, I was really surprised that they installed during rainy weather. They removed and installed in one day! They have a lifetime warranty also. I needed a few windows adjusted and Paul was professional and explained the issues. They communicated when he would be out because of delays of other calls that were unexpected. Thanks

I got my Windows installed with Window Works in December 2017. I was very satisfied with the service I got from Sales Person Keenan Cassai. Even though felt the prices were a bit high, but worth it as the Quality of Window is very good. I have noticed a considerable saving on my Electricity and Heating bills. Further, I would like mention the Post sales customer Service I received recently when the heavy rain hit my window and water leaked through the window in the main dining. I called Window Works and spoke to Michelle. She understood my problem and arranged a dispatch. David showed up as scheduled and took care of the problem right away. Kudos to Keenan, Michelle, and David. Keep up the good work, and keep me as your satisfied customer.

Window Works has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. From the original Sales appointment, to the ordering process, communication by the office and the install team everything went better than I hoped for with such a large purchase. We had 3 Custom larger sized windows and a patio door done with a wood grain finish on the inside.

One of our windows was supposed to be Tempered Glass and it was not I contacted the office team and they contacted me quickly and corrected the issue by putting in a re-order for the correct glass which we will get swapped out in the near future. The install team was very nice, prompt, clean and even helped us replace a rotted out piece of wood we had under one of the windows.

Their pricing seems a little high but they worked with us on the pricing to get it where we were comfortable and it is a very high quality product. We can notice a difference in how our home feels in this summer heat with the Air staying in side making the AC unit not have to work so hard/go on as often.

We called Window Works to have our windows inspected, Dominik W. came out to he did an outstanding job from the time he arrive to the time we signed with window works for our project. I would and already did recommend window works to many people after how satisfying the visit was and how entertaining Dominik made it, plus very funny and good jokes which is a big deal to us, he took his time and made sure we felt comfortable with him and the company. I will deff. have him back out for my front door and insulation

The initial installation didnt go as planned. I had grids installed in windows that didn't line up, a window that didn't open, a handle that bent and a few chips/cracks in my walls. Needless to say I wasn't happy... but just like I knew they would, Window Works immediately took my concerns seriously and were right on getting technicians out to assess the situation. They repaired my walls, and all windows will be replaced to ensure grid lines are right. They're going to paint the primed/patched areas when they return.
I couldn't be more pleased with the techs that came out today. (DAVE P. & PAUL I believe were their names) They were professional but had a sense of humor. They removed shoes upon entering without being asked to and let absolutely no mess when they left.
Providing the 2nd installation goes successfully, as I'm sure it will, I'll continue to be a loyal customer to Window Works. Thank you for standing by your quality products and work!

Dave & Paul were back out today to reinstall the new windows to rectify the grid issues on the initial install. Dave took care of touching up the few areas that were chipped on the initial install. Everything looks great! Window Works you have 2 top notch professionals on your team. I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Thank you Dave & Paul... (Gary)...Window Works Well Done!

The overall experience with window works, from the contract negotiations, selection of windows, measurements, installations, and post installation issue resolution has all been super. The timely communication messages from the company keep me up to date on schedules. The quality of the windows is superb, the installation crew was very professional. In addition, it is very easy to contact the customer service for information.

I am extremely impressed with how my window replacement was handled by Window Works, from the salesmen to the installers to the quality control that came out when the job was completed. Customer service is A+. Everyone shows up when they are suppose to and they finish the job on time. The new windows look great.

first I have to say what a pleasure it was to work w/window works. If all the people I work with in various area of getting things done for my home was as professional as this folks life would be better - I love my new windows. I talked with Susan earlier today re a matter and I was blown away to how professional, upbeat and how she made the reason for my call and possible scary call at ease, she took away my fears, thank you Susan, Window Works Susan is the best she even called me back and that something you don't get the courtesy of from various company's she is a winner and please be proud she is an employee of yours. I am amending my previous review of two stars and changing it to five. I feel that Julie and the WindowWorks team have gone above and beyond to help me with this complaint and work with me.

Siding on a very small project. Work was done at a reasonable price. Came back to fix an issue with no hesitation or hassle. Looks good.
