I was very satisfied with how Window Works settled an important issue I had regarding their overall service. They stood by their word, and I feel their service had great value and integrity in their promises. The workmen did a very quick and efficient job with the installation, and the end product looks wonderful. Thanks also to Michele, who worked with me to accomplish my project without difficulty.
