The salesman lied throughout the process. He started with an insanely high price and then when he said that was too high he proceeded to take money off (quite a bit) and every time claiming that it was "the best price".
He was rude and asked inappropriate questions, like after asking him to step out for 5 minutes to discuss privately, and then saying we needed to do more research, he asked "is it that you don't like me?" and "when I was in the car did you call your friends or anyone to ask for their help?"
Bottom line, if they had the "best price" they wouldn't have so much pressure to close the deal that day; they would allow people to shop around. Secondly, if he had been pleasant then we might have considered. We were told it would only take 90 minutes AT MOST and instead he stayed OVER 2 HOURS. including 30 minutes after we said he wanted to think about it.
Not only are we never buying windows from them after that 1985 high pressure, lie-riddled sales pitch, but we are going to be steering our friends AWAY from this company.
What a disappointment.

So the install happened because of Karen who went above and beyond on her own time. The installation was unbelievable with Jose involved who Karen set up. Totally pleased but the process was so poor. Salesman Harley whatever. Measure guy would not listen. Set up Mon July 1 9-11. No show as of 11:30. So I customer called and told truck broke down now 12-2. At 1:30 called to see told 4-4:30. Called 3:30 ish to see what is up told 4:30. I received a call to say sorry coming at 5pm. I finally got a call from Karen to help. This was a nightmare for me and Karen and Julie helped me thru it. Need to work on customer service and the crew that showed awesome.
The experience of buying windows was a long learning process in where there were several questions before purchase and during installation. As it was a large investment we were always concerned that we would get what we had planned on from the start. Karen and the crew watched over our entire contract and made sure we were very happy customers and we are. Window Works is a very professional business and we appreciated all the follow up they did to make everything right. The installers where great too. Making sure everything was done right and clean. These guys were organized and efficient. I noticed they had a clean organized truck and that described them very well. No clutter!

Were efficient and professional regarding the replacement of a broken storm window. When I needed an additional window screen, Michele demonstrated that Window Works will work hard to ensure customers are satisfied. The screen arrived today. Ty quickly made the install and I couldn t be happier. I will contact them again when the need arises.
Had some issues with my install. I wasn't happy, and the company reached out to me to correct my issues. Well, they did a fantastic job! THIS is what I was expecting all along! I am never upset if mistakes are made, after all, we are all human. What matters is how the mistakes are corrected, These guys exceeded my expectations and fixed problems I didn't even know I had! They went the extra mile to make me happy. Can't ask for more than that!

I had several issues with Window Works. Things were not to my satisfaction. There were several delays.There was no one to solve the situation. I finally came in contact of KAREN OBEROI , she patiently heard my issues and promised to solve it. She did what she promised and called me back with a solution. She has great work ethics and pleasing personality. I wish KAREN good luck & success. She is definitely an asset to the company.

Few years ago I had them replace all windows in my home. A few days ago they replaced my patio door and screen. I'm very pleased with the windows and the work. They were efficient and only took a couple hours. I recommend window works. Oh, and a shout out to Michele. She was great throughout the whole process from the start to after installation. I had about 20 windows replaced in two separate units. The process was painless and easy. The sales rep, Max Morrison and his supervisor ensured all my questions were answered. The installation guys KG and Crew were great as well. They nearly finished all 20 windows in one day. They had to come back next day to finish some window capping. My customer service rep Kasey made sure everything was going smoothly throughout the process with several touch points. Great experience and will use them for future projects.
Michele Ortega with window works was great, she followed up with me on several occasions, about our order and about a stain we needed to stain a door that we wanted to have match our new door on order with window works. Michele had about 2 days to get the stain to us, so our painter could do his job, she achieved the task at hand, all the while being courteous and professional the whole time. WindowWorks recently completed a project at my home. The whole process was easy. Their agent completely explained the whole process. The workers did an excellent job of putting in the windows. Clean-up was well done. I also felt it was a good value for the price.

Unreal -- nothing but trouble with Window Works. They gave us the run around for weeks to adjust our price when they did less work than was covered by their estimate. Then, they rejected our referrals' coupon, which they sent to us so we'd refer people to them, subjecting the people we referred to multiple estimates with ever-increasing cost. Then, when our loan was reported as a mortgage, they refused to help. I'll do my best to steer everyone I know away from Window Works.

I had a question about the new windows that were installed. I had sent an email and it was returned within 5 minutes. The appointment was set up for the technician (Vova ) to come out and look at the windows, the technician (Vova)arrived on time and was very knowledgeable.
Window Works just finished my installation. The entire process from the sales call to installation was top notch. Communication was flawless. I dealt with Michele as my coordinator though the process who was fantastic to deal with. I was super picky and specific about the trim around the windows and Michele was more then accommodating where most people would have been annoyed. The installers were excellent as well and wanted to make sure it was above expectations. I did my homework before making the decision on Window Works and glad I did. Highly recommended.

We hired WindowWorks to replace one set of windows in our dining room. They were an excellent company to work with from the quote process through scheduling and installation. The Installer (Peter), was AMAZING. Incredibly professional, tidy, kind, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly everything moved through the installation process. I will definitely work with this company again.
I purchased an exterior door from them several years ago. The company and I went back and forth (for months) about several installation repairs that were needed. Although it was frustrating at first, once they assigned Michele to follow up with the task (customer service specialist), things became a lot smoother. Michele did an EXCELLENT job following up with my concerns and pushing for the repairs to get done. With her help, we were able to get things moving and repairs done.... Dave Phillips and Hector came out and did an extraordinary job that day. Overall, i am very happy with the results.

I am mid project with window works and I have had such a great experience so far. The salesman was sp knowledgable and Leah at the office has been so helpful keeping me up to date on the status of my order.
Initially there were problems in making a correct quotation for the project. It took more that two weeks to get the initial misquotation resolved. I would suggest that training of your sales person be improved. The window we installed very well with good post-cleanup. However, the process of staining was a bit rushed and required another service call to get the touch up finished. Another service call was also needed to seal windows for leaks. This final sealing should be standard!
Our experience with Window Works is absolutely positive. The staff are competent and responsive to your needs. John (the technician visiting our home) and Dionna (phone support) were very customer focused.
We plan on purchasing other products from Window Works in the future. Product quality and great customer service make this company one you would want to do business with.
I had a wonderful experience with the staffs at WindowWorks. During the cold winter months the installers especially Jessie could not to stopped but ensured he finished installing my fascia, soffit, downspout and siding. I am very impressed and appreciate that kind of a commitment. The manager was also wonderful coming to my home to inspect and make sure my needs are met. I would rate WindowWorks 6 out of 5 if possible.
We had our new windows from My WindowWorks installed on June 6, 2020. We were scheduled for June 18, but they had an opening and called to see if we were available to do it sooner. I said, "Great, the sooner, the better"!
Damien and his partner (sorry, I don't remember his name) were here right on time at 8:00 am and work diligently until 5:45 pm. They were fast, competent and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't have known what had went on all day, except we had bright, shiny new windows when they left!

The 2 guys that came to do the work knew what they were doing and the work was done quickly and looks great. They did a great job getting the windows on both sides of a corner to line up. That corner could have been an eyesore. The customer service reps that i worked with were always friendly, and easy to get a hold of.
My husband and I were very pleased with how professional the window installers were. They came to our house at the right time and they got to work immediately. We were also happy with the fact that they cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. We had a question about how to lock the windows a short time later. They sent a guy out who answered all of our questions and showed us what we needed to know to properly lock the windows. We are very pleased with the customer service we have received. They offered me 14 an hour while they were showing me twenty thousand dollar doors i even excepted the position cause ibhad nothing els at the moment i was told they would call to lmk when i start.. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't heard from them. Terrible company expensive to buy from and cheap with there employees. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Vova, was the most professional installer. He took care to be clean on all my flooring surfaces. His workmanship was top notch. If I have any other issues, which I don't expect to have, I would ask for Vova again.

I had a lock issue with a patio door I purchased 2-3yrs ago. Dave Phillips was the technician that went above and beyond to not only adjust the lock but recap the history of past issues as well as correct the gliding movement of the screen door. On July 19,2018 met with John Coull from window works our original agreement was for windows for the front of my house, Then I inquired about the gutters, soffits and fascia. On July 25,2018 order was placed for whole house gutters soffits and fascia. The only reason I placed the order because my first question was could gutters be placed on the second floor and John stated yes. Both my sister and I am asked him multiple times because the water drains bad from the second level, in the winter it forms big ice, so that why I placed the order. The first date of installation was made for September, then to October, I called again, I was told November, that's when I became upset, I began to complain, because why would you guys take my money, and then keep pushing my installed date back, I believe windows works looked at the address and location, and felt like they could continue to push the date back. So after complaining, my windows were now available. Then it gets worse from here on out October 24, the men arrive to my house at 3:45 (1545) to install windows when the sun sets early no bright day light in site, I was unable to fix dinner because I am watching the install at night, late for work because I am trying to make sure the job, gets done properly. I had to have my sister stay while I go to work, she then tells me that they will return next week, who starts a job and don't finish it. Once again called window works ask to speak to a manager, Karen gets on the phone and insults my intelligence telling me that they are within there right time frame, and I will have to wait until next week, and I asked to speak to someone over her, because she was not trying to hear what I was saying as a paying customer, and she had no interest in trying to fix the problem. It was like she wanted to argue with me back and forth on the phone, and when you hear and see this type of behavior it's usually what that office environment TOLERATES, and does all the time to it's customers. Very disrespectful, and poor customer service. Gina gets on the phone, and that when my whole order was miraculously available and everything will be installed. I then let her know that the caulking on the windows look very unprofessional, and I wanted it redone, she sent some guys out Hector, who was supposed to get the caulk to match my siding to make it look better, he stated the siding/gutters guys will caulk it but they said they don't, so as of now my front big picture window caulking is ugly, and unpleasing to the front of the house, and the window on my porch is not caulked at all. I have been calling the last 3 weeks regarding the caulking and I know they see my number and ignore my concerns, I have left messages with Ashley, Kristina, but no response, they keep trying to send people at night .The next issue was the gutters, my contract clearly states whole house, called Gina again, and she then tells me its not on your contract, I respond yes it is, she goes back and forth begins to yell and scream through the phone at me like I am her child, or its a personal matter, all because I asked for a refund for window works not honoring there contract stating gutters to the whole house. Daryl calls stating it s a flat roof and window works does not install gutters on flat roofs, and then it went to we only replace existing gutters. If it is a flat roof then how were they able to get soffits and fascia up there, so again insulting my intelligence, so maybe I need to contact my lawyer regarding this company. I am also looking into the fraud number on the back of the contract papers. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. No one ever came out to look at the second floor, to see if it's possible. I have never felt so disrespected and have never dealt with people who have no compassion told other people, and especially when doing business.
Home renovating is a very stressful time and the people at Window Works made it easy for me. I spoke to Eddie on the phone and he made sure every question I had was answered , I really feel in good hands with this company.
I have worked with Travis, my sales rep for over 4 window installation jobs and 1 patio door installation now. He has always been very helpful and is very knowledgeable in the business. He makes good suggestions for each job to help us stay within our budget. He has helped us troublshoot conditions and has always been available for us. He is very dependable and i know he is looking out for our best interest. I consider him as part of our construction team. We called Window Works regarding a couple very minor issues with windows installed 2 years ago and a major water leakage issue which ended up being not window-related. The technician, Dave Phillips, which showed up (promptly) was extremely helpful and professional with all our queries. He s a gem.
We are very satisfied with thefollow up work to make the storm door adjsutment completed by Paul. He arrived as scheduled and made the adjustments. The door is swinging more freely and the dead bolt aligns so that the storm door locks. Thank you to Paul, Michelle and Dave for the great teamwork and workmanship on this repair and the scheduling to get it done quickly.

Both sales staff and technicians are very kind and knowledgeable. They were honest with us from the beginning about what we could expect, and they worked efficiently to make sure we got good quality windows within our budget and were even able to schedule the installation around our busy work lives.
The only issue we had was that one of our cats got out while the guy was running material in from the front yard, but he was very apologetic and even stopped to help me look for him (luckily he only got as far as the back porch!).

My husband and I had an old sliding door with vertical blinds that I hated. I called WindowWorks and they sent Mike out to meet with us. He was personable and a pleasure to work with. Although we spent a little more than we intended, it was worth it! We paid the extra money because of the the people and the company promises, which were all delivered. Installation went smooth and once the guy left, you barely knew a new door was installed because the mess was so well maintained and cleaned up. A few days after installation, I noticed a small whole in my new screen. I contacted the concierge department which put me in touch with Michele Ortega, warranty specialist. She quickly set up a service appointment for me and reassured me they would have everything taken care of. The day of my service appointment, Ty showed up and was there a short time before it was fixed and ready to go. He was such a nice guy who worked quick, knew his stuff, was very friendly and professional. All around its been a great experience and well worth paying a little more for piece of mind with a lifetime warranty and great service!

Had a few issues early on with multiple reschedules but problem was resolved with ease. After gutter installation we noticed a few leaks after first rain and they were out within 2 days to re-inspect and fix all issues. Everything has been great since. Michele was good at following up and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
First time calling and was very pleased with the professional and courteous phone associate. He explained the next process in great detail and was very kind and friendly. He even scheduled me the same service for the estimate.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I was told by multiple people including a sales manager about preferences I had with my installation and that those preferences would be no issue. While speaking with an associate over the phone she told me "well that's what salesman do. They sell." So you're willing to admit that your salesman will lie in order to get business? Completely immoral and unprofessional. Will never do business with them again.

When we first started shopping for a window replacement we wanted to be sure we got a great product but also a business with great customer service. Window Works delivered both of those while also being very competitive in pricing. These days it's tough to find a good product with great service also. Every person at Window Works that helped my wife and I both were very helpful and wanted to make sure everything worked for us. They weren't pushy at the very beginning on the sales side of things like a couple other vendors we talked with. As new homeowners we only wanted to replace one window cause this one caught us by suprise and other vendors only wanted to replace all the windows or nothing at all, Window Works said they'd be glad to do one window only. (As a business who wants to earn future work from customers should take the big jobs and the small as not everyone has the ability to drop $9k in windows all at once) The communication of everything setting up for the install was easy to deal with. Then when the installation came time we had a great experience with the two installers that were very polite and were very personable. Hector was great while he was here I can't seem to remember the other gentleman's name but they both did a fantastic job when here. They both kept me filled in on completion time estimate as we were trying to plan my daughter's naps while they weren't making much noise then. When we have a couple of our other windows swapped out in the next few years I will definitely be using them again. And we have already noticed an immediate difference in the room we had the window installed in as far as the temperature being much warmer now being that its end of January. Again thank you to everyone that helped us at Window Works.

WW busted their butts to replace a door latch that had been supplied by a previous manufacturer than is current, but they did it. Even coming out to install it, at no charge and I'm guessing, considerable expense.

The Window Works Service Team including Hector, Michele and Vova did an outstanding job inspecting and testing for leakage around my bedroom window. After extensive testing, they determined the leak was coming through the metal roof above the bay and not from the Window Works window. I recommend Window Works for replacement windows because their service team responds quickly and professionally to problems. Also, the quality of the window that I purchased is superior to the original window.
I am revising my earlier review. They have very good products, excellent installation and cleanup and very competent and approachable customer service. I cannot give 5 stars, because I did have misscommunication with my salesman. And while customer service worked very hard to address my concerns, I would say make absolutely sure you understand the contract.
Had Paul and Dave come out to replace a cracked window that was installed and fix an issue in another. They came in and performed their job quickly and efficiently. As well as extremely curtious considering I was late to the appt. definetly would recommend this company. I've had a lot of work done on two separate homes and so far this company has come through with flying colors.
