Install went smoothly, everything looks good and functions properly. The end result is what I expected and they did quality work. I was given an install date of 11/1 and the salesperson assured me that there would be no issues just because the warehouse is two states away in Ohio. They called me on the afternoon of 10/31 (the day before), to let me know my windows weren't coming in and they didn't know when it would be. Eventually it was installed in early December, 5 weeks later. But it is what it is, they overpromised and underdelivered on the install date. I also thought the sales tactics were a little slimy, but price was competitive and end result is that I am satisfied with the product.
