The locking mechanism on my new patio door failed ...

The locking mechanism on my new patio door failed to work one night as I checked to make sure all doors were locked at bedtime. Because it was late I went to the WindowWorks webpage and initiated a chat with a very nice and helpful man named Ben. He told me he would send my request to the proper person. I called 1st thing in the am and left a messsage which was returned by 2 different people. The repair service man was named Paul and he was there promptly, was pleasant and professional and had my door fixed in a few minutes. Thank you Michelle, Dustin, and Paul for understanding that I was anxious about a door that wouldn t lock and worked together to get it fixed ASAP. Also thanks to Ben who I chatted with and began getting someone at my home first thing the next morning.
