We had 10 windows replaced by Window Works. They were reasonably priced, quality windows, and the customer service was excellent! Michele Ortega followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase. After installation I realized I could not get half of the windows out for cleaning. Contacting Michele, she set up a follow up visit where the gentleman fixed each problem very professionally. After this, she again contacted me to double check with us which I very much appreciated! We will use Window Works again in the future should a need arise!
