Extremely happy with the efforts of Ty in working on my windows. He was prompt, he had an outstanding attitude, and was very efficient in the performance of his work.

From first meeting through install, Michele Ortega with Window Works was attentive, with exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Just finished final phase of new window installation. Had all windows replaced and most of the installation process went smoothly. When I discovered some issues regarding my new windows in the backyard area and I called them, Window Works responded in a timely & professional manner. We needed to replace a garden window in our kitchen that was leaking and rotted. Window Works was the only company that was able to work with us.. the installers were very professional and skilled. Our coordinator, Ashley, kept us well informed on the steps. We would recommend them for any specialty window.

We selected Window Works for siding and windows based on comparison of quality products and a fair price. The window install was better than expected, good crew, on time and great job. The siding/gutters is taking longer to get scheduled mainly due to weather. Communications with sales rep and customer service were not productive until we found Karen Oberoi. Our thanks to Karen for working with us to get this project scheduled. I will do a follow up review when the entire project is completed.

Representative was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and kindly offered additional information that he knew would be helpful in choosing the right patio door for me. The concierge services are GREAT!! Everyone I spoke with was super nice and made it clear that they were there to make the whole process a positive experience for me....responsive and attentive to the customer which is so often missing these days in the business world. I would definitely recommend Window Works.

Although I will not be using Window Works for my basement windows, the time spent with Chris was extremely educational. Chris was very patient, answered all of my questions and very pleasant to speak with. Even when I told him I just plan to go with basic, stock basement windows, he gave pointers on what to avoid. I would definitely recommend Chris and Window Works for any main windows of the home.

Customer service repairman Alex, was professional from the start when he introduced himself and shook my hand. He kicked off his shoes and took the window out for repair and said, I'll be back in 15-20 minutes. And he was! Quite impressive. He was polite and respectful. He's a relentless installer. It was a second floor, heavy egree window that he had to hold out to reinstall. Impressive strength in holding that heavy window!! Yikes! Not to mention, he got to the house early. The appt. was between 12-2pm. Alex rang the bell at 11:50 am. Thank you for your professional service Alex!

Window works did a fine job replacing my windows and I would like to thank the girls in the office who showed consideration all the way through my experience Gabrielle,Michelle and Lina . We had our windows replaced earlier this summer. The sales rep that came out to our home was wonderful to work with and the crew that did the installation did a great job. We did have 2 small minor issues that we requested to be fixed. Michele Ortega the customer service specialist we dealt with was phenomenal with keeping us up to date and following up to make sure everything was going well. Vova was the service tech that came out to fix the minor issues and he was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable, they are true assets to their team. I would definitely go back to Window Works when the time comes to replace our front door.

Our only issue was with a gentlemen named Tela who my husband and I both dealt with regarding the fixes we were requesting. He was a little condescending and rude, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt as he was also dealing with some family emergencies to our understanding at the time.

Had a small issue with a patio sliding door that was installed by Window Works. Called the company and a technician came out to the house to fix it. Michele followed up after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service and follow-up!

Throughout the whole process window works representative and installers have all been a delight to work with. They were very friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and always kept us up to date at every step. I would recommend window works to anyone that's looking for new windows.

I have been a repeat customer of Window Works for about 4 years now and I never had any problems. The install team was always very professional and the windows were always top quality. Well they changed supplies and the last set of 5 windows came from this new supplier.
Not only were the windows from a new supplier the install team they sent out was new horrible, unprofessional team.

I had metal frames with my old windows and I paid for a Buck Frame to be built and have the window installed then sealed with the form for installation. This new install team did NOT build me a frame they just placed a couple of 1 inch boards under the window to center it then used foam and a couple of screws to seal them in place. As I tried to explain to them that what they were doing was incorrect they blew me off and told me that they were just the installers. All of the screens were different some had this ugly plastic handle and others didn't and these new windows were just Ugly and I was afraid that I was just stuck with them.

I sent a very long complaint email to one of the top people and they had Kathy Mantz call and get to the bottom of my issues and fix the problems. Kathy listened to my complaints and did everything possible to fix my issues so that I would be happy with my windows. She sent out a manager that was suppose to pull the inside casing off window so that he could see if a frame was built correctly, he was to check on the problem I had with the screens and inspect the outside framing. Well this manager was seemed to be annoyed that he even had to come out. He didn't want to pull the casing off of the large window because he would have to put it back and he didn't see any problem with the screens.

Flash forward after 6 weeks of going back and forth, new screens were ordered to at least correct that issue and when the screens were finally ready they were to small for my windows AND the wrong color. They sent the same install team out that was suppose to replace the screens and fix the casing in my front window that was messed up. NOT only did the screens not fit the installers DIDN'T even bring out the casing to fix the front window. When I tried to reach the office I got a voice mail and let Kathy know that I was so disappointed and with Window Works and I didn't even know what to do at this point. Kathy called back and promised me that she was going to have someone different come out and they were going to make everything right.

They finally sent out TYRONE LEE, he was very professional, he took the time to walk around with me to each window. He actually looked, listened and took the time to understand my frustrations. He told me if I would give him a chance he would rescreen each window right on the spot and fix all of the casing that needed corrected. TYRONE LEE took care of me, he actually took the messed up screen out and took the time to rescreen each screen and neatly replace them. He should have been sent out 6 weeks ago and it would have saved me some frustration.

We had a need for a new front door and storm door and we had Michael Moore out to give us a quote. The whole experience was very positive. He explained everything well and did not try to upsell us into anything we did not need or want. After getting quotes from two other big name companies and being disappointed with their prices and pushy sales pitch we knew Window Works was the right choice.

Paul and Ty were the service specialists that came to remediate several window installation issues. They were interested in finding out what our concerns were, and they remediated them in a manner that was efficient and with excellent attention to detail. While some of the damage was not able to be restored completely, we felt they did the best job possible and made the damage something we could live with. They assured us of their continued commitment to customer service and helped us begin to restore our confidence in Window Works.

We were very pleased with our siding job by Window works. Their price was competitive, and they did the work in a timely manner. Their attention to detail was great. The installers were on time and cleaned up each day. I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

We recently had our second round of installations from WindowWorks. We had our upstairs windows installed last year around this time and just today had our basement windows installed. Every step of the process has been very easy. The installations are seamless and we were provided a great product that has not shown any signs of stress yet. We received a great product for a very fair price and an installation at our convenience. Our experience with Kasey in Client Relations was fanstastic as well. Their support people really do care and will do what s needed to make a customers experience as seamless as possible. We would recommend WindowWorks to anyone.

This is the second time that I am having windows done by Window Works. The company is very caring of their customers and when they say they will be there they are. Tom Warkentin is my salesperson and he is considerate, patient and wants to make sure everything is done the right way. I would definitely recommend the company to my friends and family.

Window Works did a great job installing my new front door. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable about their product and arrived on time. The installers did a wonderful job installing my front door and were very careful to protect the hardwood floor in my foyer. The installers added extra insulation around my front door and my new front door fit the front door space perfectly. The door arrived ahead of schedule and I couldn t be happier. I selected Window Works because of the transferable lifetime warranty on the front door and because there is always a Window Works foreman overseeing the job. I also liked the fact that Window Works has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau and excellent Google reviews. I also liked the fact that Window Works provided a free estimate and did not pressure me into signing a work contract right away like other contractors did. I went to some of the big box retailers and they charge a 145 dollar measuring fee and their doors are not painted or primed and their doors do not have as good insulation. The big box retailers also do not provide custom fit doors. The representatives at the big box retailers also were not very knowledgeable about their doors. I am really happy I decided to go with Window Works for my front door installation. I also contacted other contractors besides the big box retailers and Window Works but they did not have very good reviews from the Better Business Bureau. I definitely made the right choice when I chose Window Works for my front door installation.

The installers were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner and left no debris behind. I was very pleased with the service and i am so happy with my new windows. i really don't hear a lot of noise from the outside anymore. Good Job Window Works!!

My delemna with window works were the reschedule because my Windows didnt arrive on time. The workers came in replaced my old windows and cleaned up behind themselves. My flowers remained in tact while they worked

My experience was great. I usually get push back from workers about not walking on my carpet. The inside installer was great. He came taking of f his shoes and had plenty of drop cloth. They worked so fast and efficiently. He even helped us figure out how to secure our window air conditioner before he left. They did an outstanding job! We love the new windows. They are functional and beautiful.

What I went in anticipating was a battle to make it right. My newly installed windows whistled like no tomorrow. I spoke with Michelle and she assured me that her service department could, AND WOULD, stand behind their product. I was disappointed when she said that couldn't make it out for about 10 days. The next day I received a call from Michelle and she told me that the service manager Hector finished up on a nearby job and he could be at my property in a few hours. I was elated!!!! Hector came in and immediately heard the annoying whistle. He said that he was 99% positive that he knew what the problem was - but it wasn't. The windows still whistled. He called in another tech, Paul. Together, Hector and Paul figured out exactly what the problem was. Paul went out to the truck and brought in the necessary parts to fix all of the windows. Within 1 hour, silence was achieved! I will always recommend Window Works to all of my neighbors here at Carillon in Plainfield, IL. Thank you Michelle, Hector and Paul for the professionalism and expertise you delivered to this very satisfied customer.

The only thing I would recommend about this company is to run fast and far.

Ty and Mike were the technicians that were sent to my house to fix an issue with one of my windows. They were courteous and professional and got the job done quickly, efficiently, and took it upon themselves to clean up the snow that got into the house. I will make sure to specifically ask for them if they are available if I have to have a repair done on my windows again. Thanks Ty and Mike!

This is my 2nd project with Window Works.
The first was new front windows some years ago which was a big upgrade for our house
Love the windows no complaints. So this time I needed a new nasement door. Thought of Window Works called made an appt no probelm. Like the doors and was able to finance also. Ordered the door and didnt know there was so much that goes into a door. Anyway it was installed last week. It only took them about 2hours I was expecting longer. They were timely, cleaned up after themselves and friendly when there was conversation I left them downstairs and was not in there way. The door is great and I would recommend Window Works...

So glad my windows were installed before the wild winter we had this year. In was much warmer in the house. The installers, Slawek and Waldek were great. Had eleven windows installed, done in one day and the cleanup was done inside and out before they left. I want to thank Dustin Kolodziej for his help in coordinating the scheduling of the work and his following up on the work and concerns.

Your sales person took advantage of a young girl and sold her Windows they did not need.

Several other techs have come out to work on this door and weren't able to make a difference. Dave came and got it taken care of and replaced the hardware and we have no more leaks!!!!! Thanks Dave

We had a double entry door installed and the work went quickly and efficiently. But, the door was not easy to open and close. I called Window Works and Michele quickly responded to the issue and sent Vova to correct the situation. Vova realigned the door and replaced a damaged part that prevented the left door latching easily. He did a super job and now we have a great looking and functioning entry door thanks to Window Works.

Vova, very professional and friendly. He came to my house on Wednesday November 27. I will give him a %. Michelle, whom works in Customer Service, a very intelligent woman.

We are very pleased with our new Impreza windows. This is the second time we used Window Works and the quality of their work is superb. The installers were very professional and even cleaned up after the installation was complete. They were very pleasant as well and explained to us how to use the windows. We felt very safe having our windows installed even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, as the installers made sure to wear PPE and follow social distancing guidelines. I had wanted to replace my home windows for some time but never came across a company I was satisfied with until I came across, WindowWorks. Their prices were very reasonable, everyone I spoke with was professional, and the service provided along with the materials used were great quality!
And Karen did a great job wrapping things up for us! Keep up the good work guys!

Large unreliable company with many departments and people that do not know what they are doing. Sales reps are not knowledgeable. No one is responsible for anything. You may spend months or years trying to get your project done or replace a defected product. They just try to have you sign the contract and do not care about you as a client. We had this company installed several windows and doors installed in our house over the year. Pretty expensive, but absolutely not good quality products that you want to spend your money on. They don't keep records of your projects, so if you don't finish all your windows in one time - you are out of luck. The colors will be off and type of installation is different. Don't believe their "price guaranteed". They don't stand by their promises. Our last experience was horrible: the first sales rep came and provide an estimate for the reminder of our windows. Second rep came in 3 months and gave us an estimate that was double the price from the first one! Then the manager came and gave the third price promising to get back the next day. He never called back, never answered his phone, and after calling the company several times several times and listening to their promises to get back shortly, we gave up and hired a different company. On top of that their customer reps keep calling us and asking when we will decide to order the windows. Funny, right? Go with the company that values your business. Window Works installed our new patio sliding door, living room and bedroom windows today. Their installers were awesome! They were very organized and cleaned up after very well. Aside from a couple small issues which Ashley Sloan (customer service rep.) handled immediately, we are extremely satisfied with our products. I would highly recommend using them .

Window Works has done both my windows and doors. The customer service is always 5-star. The installation was seamless and the installers made sure everything was of the highest standards.

Most recently our new doors arrived damaged during the shipping process. We had them installed anyways because of our limited availability and contacted customer service. Michele Ortega handled our request promptly and professionally. She worked with our availability and made sure to keep us in the loop and everything on track. I would highly recommended her.

The service techs who have come to inspect our windows and doors were also very respectful, courteous and again, all having a quality mindset.

I highly recommend Window Works and will continue to do business with them on future projects.

I would like to share my experience with tiger bath I am very satisfied with what they've done for me because my shower is beautiful and for Michelle Ortega for helping me get my shower reattached to my wall after tile was removed from other contractors and she had gotten my trim pieces made in a timely manner and as for Angelo he was awesome you can't even tell that was unattached after he added trim.

Setting up an appointment to get an estimate and possible replacement of our homes windows couldn t have been easier or more pleasurable. Thanks for the great customer service so far!

Installation of 11 windows was completed today. The guys came right on time, took the time to lay down tarps to protect everything and proceeded to install the windows. They were very efficient and didn't mind me watching over their shoulders (although I chose not to get on the ladder). The windows work well, follow up by Samantha and Greg was very much appreciated. With winter fast approaching I am eager to not experience the drafts that we had last year! Thank you WindowWorks.

I would like to thank Mr. Henry Billups (Sales), Ms. Michele Ortega (Proj. Coordinator), installation team, and WindowWorks for the wonderful service that was provided for my family. The projected date of installation was met, the crew arrived between the allotted time that was set, and they were done by noon installing a brand new window unit on the house. The lead installer went through the inspection and thoroughly explained what was done and what not to do until 24 hour after installation. The installation team also cleaned and wiped everything down after installation. Our heartfelt thank you to WindowWorks and it's entire team!!!!

My experience with all the people I dealt with at Window Works was very positive. I am writing specifically today to compliment Karmil, who came a long way to discover that my upper windows were not closed all the way and that's why it rained in! He was very gracious and kind and discovered the problem right away. Thank you Karmil and everyone else at Window Works! I love my new windows!

It is too early for me to rate because I had them only for two weeks. I prefer to rate after this winter, however, I could say so far so good.
