The window installation was great and quick. The negative is the sales pitch to get the cost of the windows. The sales person was very nice and easy to talk too, but was at the house for over 3 hrs! The sales discussion took as long as the window installation. We were told to allow an hour and a half to 2 hrs - but 3 hrs?
