Ordered a beautiful frond door in August. Door was installed the day before thanksgiving. Installer was 4 hours late, Did not have any clear caulk to caulk around the door, there was an issue with the door handle which I actually fixed in 60 seconds after they left, the door does not close properly and gets stuck. I took a level and measured and discovered that there is a .25 inch difference from top to bottom of door frame which I believe is part of the reason the door does not close properly. I also notice the sidelight is crooked and does not run parallel to rest of the door. I was told I'd get a call back from a manager, still have not. I called and left a message for a manager again. Still waiting. I would give zero stars for customer service, but gave at least 1 star based on the quality of the door. Poor installation. You would expect better after spending over $10k.
