I got my Windows installed with Window Works in December 2017. I was very satisfied with the service I got from Sales Person Keenan Cassai. Even though felt the prices were a bit high, but worth it as the Quality of Window is very good. I have noticed a considerable saving on my Electricity and Heating bills. Further, I would like mention the Post sales customer Service I received recently when the heavy rain hit my window and water leaked through the window in the main dining. I called Window Works and spoke to Michelle. She understood my problem and arranged a dispatch. David showed up as scheduled and took care of the problem right away. Kudos to Keenan, Michelle, and David. Keep up the good work, and keep me as your satisfied customer.
