My 2nd time using Window Works. Quality windows, great pricing, and most importantly THE BEST SERVICE IN TOWN!
The initial installation didnt go as planned. I had grids installed in windows that didn't line up, a window that didn't open, a handle that bent and a few chips/cracks in my walls. Needless to say I wasn't happy... but just like I knew they would, Window Works immediately took my concerns seriously and were right on getting technicians out to assess the situation. They repaired my walls, and all windows will be replaced to ensure grid lines are right. They're going to paint the primed/patched areas when they return.
I couldn't be more pleased with the techs that came out today. (DAVE P. & PAUL I believe were their names) They were professional but had a sense of humor. They removed shoes upon entering without being asked to and let absolutely no mess when they left.
Providing the 2nd installation goes successfully, as I'm sure it will, I'll continue to be a loyal customer to Window Works. Thank you for standing by your quality products and work!

UPDATE 11/19/2018
Dave & Paul were back out today to reinstall the new windows to rectify the grid issues on the initial install. Dave took care of touching up the few areas that were chipped on the initial install. Everything looks great! Window Works you have 2 top notch professionals on your team. I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Thank you Dave & Paul... (Gary)...Window Works Well Done!
