Felt forced to sign the contract, then gave me the run around with installation dates. Paid for the wood around the windows to be replaced, half way through the job I caught the installer putting the windows over rotted wood, and when I mentioned this to him, he acted like he didn t know what to do so he had to run to Home Depot to get the materials needed. And made it obvious that he was not happy to have to reinstall the windows that where done already. poor quality windows even though I paid $5,500 for five windows. I expected so much more for the money I paid. I m in the industry, and only went with a company for warranty . Would never recommend this company to anyone.
