The salesman was nice- that was about it. Corporate has been less than pleasant to deal with. I called our installation day- last Monday complaining that the installer showed up at 10 not the 12-2 window given. The installer was 1 guy. To install 2 windows on the second floor. My husband save him from dropping the window. He also held his ladder in 90 degree heat. He said the installer was nice- but one guy?
I called a week ago for resolution and was told they would call my husband. Never did. Since then yellow foam has formed in our window sill. My husband had a heck of a time getting it off. Sadly husband had to do so much work after we paid so much.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Overpriced for the quality work they deliver. Go to Lowe s or Home Depot.
