first I have to say what a pleasure it was to work w/window works. If all the people I work with in various area of getting things done for my home was as professional as this folks life would be better - I love my new windows. I talked with Susan earlier today re a matter and I was blown away to how professional, upbeat and how she made the reason for my call and possible scary call at ease, she took away my fears, thank you Susan, Window Works Susan is the best she even called me back and that something you don't get the courtesy of from various company's she is a winner and please be proud she is an employee of yours. The installation was perfect so I give 4 Stars to your team of installers they did a great job and it truly shows
