I wish to express my extreme pleasure with my overall Window Works experience! I had three windows installed here in my coach home.

James was a great sales guy and a Cub fan, which really helped his cause! He was not hard sell, rather he let the product sell itself to me which I really appreciated! He really took the time to explain everything thoroughly! He asked me what got him the sale. The insulation was probably the number one selling point for me, as my home is an end unit that faces a brisk Northeast wind at times and it can get pretty cold in in my bedroom during the winter months!
Also, during these trying times, the fact that James and the CEO worked with me on cost was truly great as well! I thank you guys for that!

My concierge Dionna was top notch and very professional during the whole process! She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. I liked the fact that she followed up with me to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. That truly goes a long way! Condo associations are not always easy to deal with and I have to say that everything went flawlessly!

Lastly, Peter my installer was fantastic! Quiet guy who came here early and got to business and had everything done as quickly and professionally as possible with a minimal amount of stress and did a great job cleaning up everything after he was finished! He worked his tail off, especially when removing and replacing all the old outside trim! That was hard work, as he had to pry it all off with a crow bar!

I would truly recommend Window Works to anyone. They stand behind their product! Great overall experience in dealing with them from top to bottom! Quality windows and value along with an excellent and transferable guarantee, should I ever go to sell my place. How could you not like that?
